Great location next to the river and restaurants and a big and well equipped room.

There was a humming noice coming from the laundry dryer, which would have disturbed had I been in the room during the day.

The breakfast and variety of breakfast items was excellent. The staff was superb.

There was an issue between the hotel not having our reservation which we made through Booking.com. This caused a minor issue which was accommodated to the best of the hotel's ability. We had asked for a single king room and ended up with a double queen.

The breakfast selection was great!

There isn't really anything we don't like, but would love to see if maybe dinner nightly could be an option in the future. Either complementary or even at a charge.

Change the curtains, the lights from outside was in my face and couldn’t sleep all night. The curtains do not close.

Location was close to hospital! Receptionist was friendly and quick! Room was spacious and comfortable!

Nothing really, this isn't my 1st time here.

The room had everything you could need and then some...and a kitchen...a huge bedroom and bathroom with a door...amazing breakfast and different entree choices every day...and the front desk guys and the night shift guy, Kenny...are five stars beyond amazing...you all made me feel like a princess in a castle 🏰...bless you from the bottom of my heart ♥!!!

Got a river view. Had the Wed night supper. 3 days of breakfast. Very good for hotel . Employees were very friendly and helpful.

Had problem checking in. Used a booking app but reservation wasn't there when I tried to check in. Calvin at front desk called and got it straightened out. It was 5:00 o'clock and fairly busy. Great employee.

The location was perfect. It was more to far from the event I had to attend.

There was a a little problem with their system to make the key cards during check-in but the staff was on it and very friendly.

The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable. We did bring our dogs and they were also treated well.
