Service was friendly and inviting. Wasnt crowded and noisy. I needed a quiet get away and thats exactly the environment i had. Thank you.

The area was nice and the room was very large (a lot of space). One of the nice ladies at the frontdesk (I think she may have been a manager) came and cleaned our room personally after we discovered our room was not cleaned. She was very friendly.

The room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned; bed sheets were dirty; floor was sticky; breakfast was not good; there was no juice (machine broken the entire stay); I had to purchase water every morning with breakfast at the hotel; beds were not comfortable; price was definitely not worth the experience. I did not enjoy my stay at all. I should have taken pictures, but my husband and I were too disappointed.

Friendly staff, clean facilities. Room was perfect.

Only issue was the smoking locations. Placed at two of the exit/entrance locations. Had to walk through smoke with my family multiple times.

I woke up with a big bump on my leg. I think I got bit by something. Hope it wasn't a bed bug.

The floor has some food on it like the room wasn't clean properly.
