They don't care about customers there pull out coach is broke they won't give you blankets for the pull out coach at all.

TV volume was limited, couldn’t hear over the loud air conditioning..

All was fine but was not able to get to swim due to that family with a whole bunch of kids..no manners at all.

Well it was fine until the family next to us and across from us was noisy..the kids kept slamming doors...so I had to go to front desk to complain because the phone was not working..if it wasn't dealt with I requested to move to another room if possible..but it did get taken care of..

NOT LIKE. Obviously understaffed in maintenance. Outside trash can at lobby entry was not only overflowing but surrounded on concrete. Was in this state upon 3:30 arrival until approximately six pm. Not a good first impression. Front desk staff appeared to have nothing to do so they sat in lobby area. At breakfast literally had to Knudsen staff to take off eat phones so I could tell them the coffee machine was leaking and starting to spill on the floor.

Good location from everything we wanted to do. The kids enjoyed the pool, even though most of the lounge chairs were broken.

The breakfast wasn’t much of a breakfast, and our room had a hard time staying cool. Our toilet also ran all day long!

Let's start with the check in. The computers/internet were down, so there was no way to check in. We were finally assigned a room around 3:30. However, once we got to the room, the room was still dirty, sheets had not been changed, there was trash in the room. We asked the cleaning staff if we could leave our bags on the couch because we had to leave. They said it would be fine..when we came back, the hotel room door had been left open all day. Then, when we were getting ready for bed, we pulled out the sofabed. The entire bed collapsed onto the floor and was unusable. We called the front office and they brought up 1 roll away bed. We asked for a second and some extra towels. They would not give us extra towels until we gave them the wet towels. Also, my husband had to go downstairs to get the additional rollaway bed. We asked to change rooms and were told that the hotel was sold out. In the morning, we went downstairs to the complimentary breakfast. There were no cups for the juice/coffee. The selection of food was bean and cheese tacos, 2 donuts, yogurt cups and fruit cups. There were 2 other families who came down and we had all had similar problems. We went upstairs to get packed and checked out early. I asked for the room price to be adjusted because of how many issues we had and was told that the manager was not there but that he would call me. He never called me, and I received an email that I had been charged the full amount. We will never stay at this property again, and will discourage others from staying here as well.

the pool was smaller than I thought from the pictures
