The breakfast was usually late being put out. It was stated at 8. It was usually approx 8:15/8:20am. The breakfast consisted of a few packs of oatmeal, a few packaged cinnamon rolls, and few packs of muffins. The coffee was cheap/bitter. Bitter no matter what day/what you added. Ice machine looked clean. 1 vending machine machine for soda was dusty. And juice machine looked looked old/sticky.

Cleaner appearance in shared lobby/kitchen space. Maybe more/less cheap choices/breakfast on time. Friendly man behind counter but female on site was not as friendly.

The location was great.

The sheets were too small for the bed, so they came off the corners of the mattress every time you moved! Property needs some updating.

Absolutely beautiful location, right on the beach! The rooms are nice and they were very accomidating (I am disabled) The rooms were clean and it was a pleasant stay

The turn in is a bit hard to navigate. Also, not the Inns fault, but beware of the lake flies, they are there in MASS quantities. That is for the whole area, not the inn specifically.

Looks like it has been newly remodeled. Has nice new flooring. Not carpet.

The bed is a nice pillow top. Maybe too soft for some people. What I didn’t like was the mattress cover under the sheet which felt like it was a waterproof cover and it causes a slight dampness on the bottom sheet under you because it doesn’t breathe. That’s my only complaint about the room.

The view from the rooms was beautiful.

The only suggestion I would have is for them to check there outlets, we only found on of the two plugins worked on more than one outlet in our room.

Absolutely everything. It was infested with bug. Bedding is from the 90’s and hasn’t been washed since the 90’s either. Smelled like BO. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. People really need to read the reviews and take the advice. DO NOT STAY HERE. Staff was absolutely horrible too.

I called more then two weeks before my stay to be sure the 28th & 29th of July were my reservations. The manager said it was set. When I got there, they had NOT changed it . I was told I could have another room, for the same price as it was their error so I paid for two nights. I was then told I could NOT have that room unless I paid full price. I chose to stay only the one night and the y told me I would be refunded the second night. They have NOT refunded the money, they ignore me and the Chamber of Commerce who were doing what they could to try to clear this up. The BBB recommended I shrare this to alert others. I had to cancel appointments, was booted out of my reserved times, and had to make the 4 hour trip back home because of their error. They took money from me with what looks very much like the old 'bait and switch' con!
