The room wasn’t ready when I checked in at 4:30. We had to make other arrangements to change for the concert that we were in town for, as it was almost 6:30 before it was ready. After returning from the concert, I had to check in again, giving the disgruntled night clerk my driver’s license and card a second time. He had received complaints and insults from other guests that hadn’t been able to check in on time, as well as having some personal issues that had occurred that day, and let us know about it when we asked if there would be any kind of compensation for the issue. The vending machine was out of $2 water but I was able to buy the same brand the “market” in the lobby, for $3.

Hotel management conceded poor service and granted a room upgrade and discounted the first night.

The checkin experience was a horror story. Twice we were sent to rooms that hadn’t been made up, and it was a hour before we had a clean and ready room.

The fact the excessive room had grab handles everywhere for bathroom. The towels were thick with two sides instead of one. 😆 Clean, loaded with towels, toilet paper. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast had potatoes and cut sausage. Expected eggs, and bacon though. Water pressure was packing to shower. It wasn't an inconvenience just surprise.

The kitchen and food were good. Plenty of parking. Desk staff very courteous and friendly.

We've stayed at this Motel a number of times before. This time however the room was overall clean BUT the carpet was filthy and needed a definite shampooing. The room smells musty and moldy. Spiders in bathtub. Plus the price had greatly increased since our last stay.

The bedroom was not clean with a lot of hair on the bed!

Location was very convenient and easy to get to. Room was clean for the most part. Fast check in.

The room had a weird smell to it, the heat didn’t work in my room, and there was a small blood stain on one of the pillows.

The breakfast was good. The room was mostly clean and the bed/bedding was comfortable. The location was great. and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The lobby was clean and inviting - decorated for Christmas.

I would have liked if the flow of the breakfast area was set up better, with lots of people back and forth, finding what they needed. One hot item was not replaced often enough for me to get any. A picture was missing off of my room wall which looked odd and some of the walls looked dirty. I was up there for Snocross and there was a blizzard - and I spent hours outside in the cold weather - which would have been helped by the use of the hot tub - which was not in service. The staffing was also scarce due to the weather. I did overhear one staff say that housekeeping hadn't even shown up yet. I went to a hotel up the road where my daughter stayed and her room had a full kitchen, couch and heated pool and hot tub and sauna, and the lobby had a bar - for almost the same nightly rate. That was disappointing to me.
