We booked a double queen with a sleeper sofa to accommodate our family. When we arrived they gave us 1 king so to accommodate my family I slept in the kitchen they did not clean the dishes from the previous family. There was not enough pillows to accommodate us either. There also was only one towel in the bathroom and the front desk said there was no more bedding or towels. We were told because we were the last people to arrive for the day (arrived at 10:36pm) that since they were overbooked for the weekend there was nothing they could do.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was good and breakfast as well.

I would prefer that the whole area of the bathroom, including sink, had a door to close.

The location was great! The pool was open and clean and the hot tub was working and good! The size of the hotel was great and came with cooking utilities even a pitcher! The dish washer was a life saver!

The parking lot could use some work at entrance as my car would dip out. I requested three bath robes and extra towels before start of stay that was approved but has to request in person again at front desk with no bath robes.

We were able to secure a room for the other couple with us after an error on the location. The two hotels worked together to correct our error.

The breakfast was excellent. One of the best continental breakfasts I've had.

They closed the pool for renovations shortly after we arrived. We were told we could use the pool at the adjacent hotel, but it was tiny and packed.

Of the three hotels we stayed in while in the states, this was definitely the best one. For a bit more $$, it was well worth it.

All was excellent!

Great location, friendly staff, and the rooms are quiet.

The two young ladies working the front desk were so very kind and helpful/ location was great and very quiet

Beds were super uncomfortable and price was pretty high considering the property was nothing special
