I needed some work.

Nice clean room with nice decore. Nice location. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Have stayed there before and will continue to do so.

Part of the shower door was replaced by a curtain, looked out of place.. felt cheap. Seems pricey

i just arrived the hotel and they even didn’t let me have a break 2minutes they pushed me to show my passport quick. they were so weird. they asked $100 security deposit . i paid in cash and they made a hole in my money to save in their safe. they even didn’t tell welcome when i arrive to hotel. it was night shift worker. before i leave next day morning day shift worker was better

BED BUGS. Staff told me “it’s not an issue of cleanliness, people bring them.” it’s staffs job to keep the rooms clean. there were bugs on the bed, carpet and curtains. I HAVE PICTURES.

The beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned. Staff cleaned the room throughout our stay at the property. The staff we very polite and helpful with questions.

I didn't like how on the last day before checkout the cleaning staff came inside the room without knocking while sleeping at 7 am asking if we wanted room service.. Upon talking to the staff in the lobby they said they shouldn't go inside the rooms until after checkout and should've knocked before entering the room.

This is a quiet location with many convenient restaurants and shops near by. The jacuzzi tub was great for a relaxing night.

parking is not the greatest and you have to pay to park there. This is a very busy area.
