Spacious rooms, very clean, super friendly & helpful staff. Good breakfast (the best to compared to other similar hotels)

design of the bathroom facilities - the sink is outside of the washroom… but I guess it was designed like this for some purpose

The air conditioning was very loud. And the toilet stood kepy running or sticking.

Checkin the key card wasn’t working on two occasions m. Maintenance had to come and fix it.

A refund was processed when we checked out, twenty minutes after checking in.

Wifi was useless, and instead of receiving assistance from an onsite employee, we were directed to call an offshore company who insisted we provide them enough information they could access our files on our laptops..not gonna happen. We resigned ourselves to not being able to get our work done, but when we discovered bugs in the bed, that was it- we left and requested a refund. It took a full week to have the authorization fall off our account. That was pretty inconvenient since we had to rent another room.

It was pleasant , I also like breakfast was included.

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly, except only 1 staff member spoke English so it was difficult to communicate this morning at the breakfast bar.

That no one was at the desk during breakfast or check out.

great location, in the middle of things, but out of the way. room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good.

run down a little, needs a good cleaning

I was asked on my 2nd day if we needed cleaning. being OCD I loved that!
