The office manager was very helpful & positive.
The only thing we didn’t like was a strong laundry or cleaner fragrance in the room, but otherwise it was fine.

I didn't stay at the Emerald hotel, they called and told me that because of maintenance issues, they were changing me to a same or better hotel and I accepted. I was not impressed, but I was there and stayed...
The room smelled of tobacco and the AC leaked...they gave me a slightly better room.

The staff was nice ~ Close to public transportation and food And was peaceful I slept most of the time and had no problems
People in parking lot sitting in cars women walking around half naked More then one but I went to bed and stayed in my room until morning for the most part it was fine I was looking for cheap motels.

Well the room was nice and clean. On arriving, the woman that checked me in was nice and pleasant and the price was good.
Well the TV remote did not work, it was stuck on one channel, so much for cable tv or HBO. They tried fixing it but could not fix what was wrong with it. They forgot to stock the room with soap so I couldn't wash up or shower.
