Room location next to dumpster and a bit too much foot traffic, next time we’ll ask for a higher floor and away from that area

Consierge is not friendly or helpful, no bellhop to help with luggage upon arrival, no room service, no poolside service, Fish House restaurant is mediocre.

great property. views are amazing and the staff are excellent.

the Air Conditioning ran all night. no matter what I set it on. no extra blankets in room. had to jump in a hot shower to warm up.

loved the pool service and the very friendly staff.

The hotel itself was beautiful! The room was larger than expected and the views were incredible. The Spa was the best we had ever been to and the pool area and bar were great as well.

The staff at the Fish House could have been better.

The customer staff at the front were extremely room during our stay. For the amount of money spent a friendly smile and positive attitude would have been great to see. They were not friendly at all.

Room was super clean, comfy and spacious.

loved the rooms and the view. clean, renovated. pools were closed due to a season and there was no so much to do on spring break, restaurant( where we had breakfast ) is outside the hotel.
