The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Fatima from the bar was amazing, and breakfast was more than I was expecting.

Maybe longer hours for food on the weekends.

Room size and location were good and breakfast was excellent

The couch had stains (room 204), The corner suite window view was blocked by the roof line. The sink faucet in the bathroom made a horrible noise when turned on. The hallway light fixtures were missing the covers (2nd floor). Valet on checkout stages cars (8+) in front of the lobby door so that we could not load our vehicle. There were not enough bell carts so it took us an extra hour to exit our room.

The pool is small. They have a good picture to promote the hotel.

At check in, the front desk clerk appeared to be annoyed by the few questions I was asking about the area and about transportation to the venue we were going to attend. Not once was there a comforting greeting nor did I have an assuring welcoming feeling. After settling into the room, I returned to the front desk to get my questions answered by another front desk clerk which was more accommodating to my questions.

Problem with A/C in room:75 F thermostat set at 71F. Reduced to 66F; only temp. Only came down to 73F. Pool was murky/dirty. Fellow guests were selfish at breakfast. Premium Fee to use wifi if Not an Honors member. I expected more from a Hilton hotel!

The towel holder was about to fall off the wall bug in bath room

We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast selection-variety and freshness of the food. We were also pleased ny the attentiveness of the staff during breakfast and at happy hour. We were there for a staycation and will definitely be back!

I think the breakfast was good.

The fact that the room only had two face towels and two bath towels and we had to go to the front desk to request more then we had to wait on them. I didn’t like that we stayed on the pool floor and it was just the two of us traveling with no children. The room is over priced for no more amenities that were there. There was a random chair at the table that we couldn’t figure it out.

from the moment of check in to checkout… the staff was welcoming! called me by name throughout entire stay… Included Breakfast and evening Happy Hour was fantastic. views of the Woodlands lake and 3rd floor pool was amazing. once we parked car… walkable to everything needed: Whole Foods, Restaurants to shopping. When visiting The Woodlands again, I will 100% stay at the Embassy.

The pool is supposed to be heated, but due to cold weather was not bearable. A hot tub would be a great addition to this property.

valet service very poor. valets chit chatting while I pulled up and had to up and request a ticket. plus guests were unloading their own luggage. all other hotels around riverwalk valet services come up to you , give ticket and assist with luggage. plus checked out on Sunday and called numerous time to reach valet . finally had to call front desk and stated bring your ticket down we are always short handed. never even offered to call valet for us to assist.

The location was great, near restaurants and beautiful views. Very nice area. If you have to stay in Houston, and only have to travel, or willing to travel 20-45, to your location, I would recommend this hotel, it's worth it. Also, complimentary breakfast was nice.

The extra blanket had hair on it, which tells me that it hadn't been cleaned. We changed our mind about using it.
