We arrived late and the gal that checked us in was so kind. The room was very spacious and very clean. I LOVED the down pillows. Breakfast had a lot of choices, and was delicious.
I love a soft bed, but these beds were more on the firm side. Upon check out, I handed the gentleman my keys and he looked at me and pointed to a basket. I guess that was my hint they go there. I asked about an additional $25 charge on my card but not on the reciept and he said to call on a different day when his manager was there. Definitely not the kind of representation wanted for customer service.

The breakfast was acceptable. No biscuits until I nearly finished my meal.
Areas of the room were not clean. We disinfect all items that may have been touched or handled by others, and our cleaning supplies were very dirty afterward. Secondly, the tv never remained operational. Service people tried to fix it twice and instructed us once on correcting the DirectTV signal box. They said they'd credit my card, but I've seen no such transaction.

Room smelled of distant bleach applied with dirty rag. One night stay. After checking in I returned to ny room late evening. TV didnt work they couldnt fix til morning. They offered another room it was 1030pm and didnt want to move all my stuff. Asked for discount. They said theyd talk to Mgr. No reduced rate.

There was no one there to check us in at 6:30pm. We stood there for 15 mins waiting. When tge receptionist finally returned she acted like she didn't know how to check someone in that had booked through booking.com. It took forever to get our key and I had prepaid!

Nice location and clean lobby
The room wasn't clean. There was debris on the floor (cereal pieces, a cup, a cough drop). I called the front desk and was told housekeeping would take care of it. We left for dinner and our scheduled event. Upon returning the room still hadn't been cleaned.
Also there was no coffee when I attempted to eat breakfast.

the bed was so hard, I asked about it at the front desk and she said they just got new mattresses. seriously the worst bed I’ve ever slept in! also, breakfast hours weren’t ideal for families.

Great service and convenient access to interstate and grocery stores from this location. Only 20 minutes from downtown area.

The staff were great. Even with things out of there control.
They gave us the wrong room, booked 2 queen beds. They gave us a king with a pullout couch. So they tried to switch, and the only one available wreked of pot. So ended up on a couch, with a backache.
