The rooms were very clean.

The complimentary bus to the parks is a joke. Not one of the buses had air conditioning. They do not run through the day. Only one pick up at the Grove and one at the park. We had a 3 bedroom 3 bath suite, and the coffee maker was a 2 cup coffee maker for 5 adults.

Scam that our cards were charged twice in the Valencia restaurant! They were slow !

The Waterpark was great my wife and children really enjoyed it! This was our 2nd time at the grove and will be coming back soon

This visit was great aside of the room wasn't quite as nice and comfortable as our first visit but also on our first visit the weather got a little cold and we never got to use or experience the water park as it was closed the whole time we were visiting and witch was our main reason for choosing the grove resort and was not offered any anything for the extreme inconvenience

Beautiful grounds in a quiet area (no major traffic noise). It wasn’t crowded but had enough people so it didn’t feel off season either.

No directions/book about your stay in the room or on the app. No check out directions, or what to do with trash, or how often housekeeping came. (We did not get housekeeping during our 5 day stay but if we left out trash in the hall they would take it). No coffee maker in the room, asked for one and they said they didn’t have any. No potholders, had to use a bathroom towel when taking heated up food out of the oven. Also no baking sheet to heat up food on.

The property had a wonderful location! It was close to the parks and some wonderful restaurants! It also had a great pool area for my kiddos to run around and play, life jackets for them so I didn’t have to stress, AND a fun little kitchen bar area with ice cream and snack foods! Kids loved this the most!

For the property being under 10 years old it seemed to be in rough shape. The bathroom shower floor was so gross looking that we all wore crocs in it. We were in the 3rd building 7th floor and noticed that drywall was literally peeling off the ceiling and would be just sitting in the middle of the hall. The rooms were clean, but like I said.. rough shape and pictures obviously were taken from when it was new. It was also frustrating that staff had a hard time picking up the phone or even making any accommodations when it came to the wristbands for the pool. My kiddos are all under the age of 10 and struggled sleeping in the wrist bands all night. When we went to the front to get replacements they started to lecture us on why they needed to be wearing them and made it a pain to get new ones. Staff seemed grouchy for the most part besides the pool servers and pool staff! They were wonderful! Parking was also stressful as there were never any spots for an oversized vehicle. Another thing- The third building only had one elevator for the entire unit, which means you were constantly waiting on the elevator and having to track up the stairs if you needed to be somewhere in a timely manner! I am pregnant and really struggled having to climb the seven floors constantly!

Clean and spacious and very beautiful, great location. Beds were very comfortable, the apartments are gorgeous and very clean.

The wild life signs made us a little nervous but I understand this is Florida and snakes and alligators are a part of it :) Also the drinks and food were very overpriced-food quality was very good though.

I love how spacious the resort is and the water park was beautiful.

Our room was not clean. Should be deep cleaned before new guest arrive. Floors dirty, found old food of previous guest on floor, dirty fingerprints on doors. Room was beat up and needs maintenance which I could deal with if it was at least clean.

Staff was absolutely amazing . Love how there is a water park for the younger kids and so much to do.

Coffee pot didn’t work, dryer didn’t work properly as well but those are little things ! Enjoyed the stay .

La opciones para comer muy limitadas muy malas y costosas super sobreevaluadas , las instalaciones ordinarias e incómodas sin nada de encanto. Además en el parque de agua solo dos toboganes y para sentarse en una silla en el área del parque hay que pagar 68 us diario y para palapas 258 us diario super costosos ! Y nunca hay ! Siempre esta lleno pq tiene muy pocas sillas y palapas para la capacidad del hotel. Es algo incoherente e incómodo, las comidas super caras!!! El hotel no incluye nada ! Ni agua ! Prácticamente estás alojándote en un lugar que no cuesta lo que vale. Para aparte tener que comprar todo a un alto precio en relación a su costo normal. Las cocinas super incompletas, ni para hacer café tienen. Todo limitado. Las almohadas de las malas e incómodas. No te ponen frisas. Hasta la luz se fue una noche y sudamos muchísimo. No lo recomiendo, es el peor de los resort que he ido en Orlando.

Very spacious in room. And pool was nice to be able to relax if you could find a seat that didn’t have to be paid for.

Room wasn’t ready when checked in after 5!; ( which understand with lazy workers but manager got night shift on it right away) … nothing mentioned about parking garage fee before booking, and hit with that checked in when it should be free. Also hit with a $300 hold on card when checking in which was also not mentioned when booking our reservations. Items needed/should have had were not available in room unless we purchased our self or had to ask. But we just went without because it wasn’t worth the hassle. Outside walk ways going to and from pools from buildings are not lit up along the walking paths. Only lights were off the buildings and small courtyard areas. No security at night between parking garage, stair well areas and elevator areas patrolling and did not feel comfortable walking along or even with a child.

The room was run down. It wasn’t clean. They had to move us into a different room and it still was not up to standards. I notified the front desk and they were not helpful at all. Had to constantly call down for clean towels etc.

In addition, pool was overcrowded. People would be saving chairs of over 4-6 and weren’t using them. Not allowing guests to use the chairs to relax. They would leave towels, inflatables lying on the chairs and people had to lay their towels on the floor to attempt to enjoy the grounds.

The security, the room size and the restaurant at the pool bar food was amazing but pricey.Staff was helpful and friendly throughout the whole property.

With the amount of money that was spent the water park should have been free with the stay. Our room had a few things that were broken already inside such as the sink water in the master bathroom could not go down and the dryer did not dry out clothes correctly because the filter needed to be changed and there was a horrible smell in the rooms when we first got in and we had to use room spray. Parking spaces were tiny for minivan users. The shower head kept leaking water even after it was closed tightly.

Estuve 4 noches y ningun dia fueron a hacerme el aseo de la habitaciom,eso si te dejan cosas para que tu limpies. Pero se se hizo muy raro que ningun dia fueran a hacer las camas y limpiar.

Check in was at 4 didn’t get in my room until 630 they told me there is no guarantee check in time so waited 2.5 hours for room to be ready

The size of room, and screened in porch were awesome. Beds were comfy. Grounds were well maintained.

Room for 8 people, only towels for 4. Took over an hour to get more towels from housekeeping. No bedding was provided for pull out sofa bed. Took over an hour to get bedding delivered from housekeeping. Overall the facilities seemed to be seeing signs of wear and tear - chipped tile, stained couch, missing standard items in kitchen. Sheets and towels felt cheap. The place is MASSIVE and felt like walking through a maze to get anywhere.

Pools were great, kids loved fishing the pier, lazy river was also a hit. Having several rooms and multiple bathrooms was a big plus. It was nice to have food available onsite, although it was only mediocre.

The room was like an air bnb minus any of the home touches that make having a full kitchen useful. There were no kitchen towels, no spices, bare minimum/insufficient/very worn cookware. We had to request hand soap from the front desk. The drawers in the armoire wouldn’t stay shut. Cleaning was not up to par (a wad of hair in the kitchen sink, baseboards dirty, hair in the bathroom). Also, the hallways smelled terrible like rotten garbage.

Big spacious rooms with beautiful water park and pools.

Pay for parking however that seems to be standard with most hotels.
