The staff was very helpful and answered alot of our questions. The location was great.

The room looked very different online from the pics. The bugs were horrible on the balcony so we were unable to use it. The pricing for the extras was a bit confusing. Many of them said "additional charges". This we understood. But other things did not have this labeling. We were assuming it was included.

The staff was friendly and rooms were clean.

The lobby area was not clean at all. We were up early and it looked like no one cleaned area from night before. the breakfast that was put out had some food that looked like it was left over from day/night before.

Location was good. There are 2 buildings. One next to the beach entrance and one just across the street. In the winter, only the building across the street is open. Staff was friendly. The indoor "courtyard" has 2 pool tables and tables/chairs. We had a large group staying at the hotel and it was a great place to gather. The indoor pool looked nice. The indoor hot tub was closed. Parking was plentiful. I would stay here again.

Fyi. Nothing open within walking distance. Need to drive to get breakfast. The beds and pillows were ok. Not bad but not comfortable.

The hotel is close to the beach.

The whole place has seen its better days and is pretty worn down. Tiles are falling off the wall in the pool area. The jacuzzi was closed with a yellow ribbon (which looks like the one the police use at crime scene). The sauna had to ovens, one did not work and the other used the whole evening to get warm. The toilet in our room was broken, but got fixed. The phone in the room was also broken and maintenance was unable to fix it. The breakfast was a joke. You can find a much cheaper and more cozy stay in a bed and breakfast, which we will do the next time.

Location was good. Staff was pleasant. Management helpful to concerns during stay.

close to the ocean

picture of room on website deceiving. it was much smaller, not very clean! Bathroom was musty and old. The ceiling blocks were stained, floor was never vacuumed curtain rod was broken, we thought we were staying at the spa, it was more like a motel.

Fridge and microwave; TV and outdoor patio. Morning coffee and continental breakfast was very good.

Asked to be on the ocean side of resort. Was told not possible until check in. When is it possible and how do we obtain one next time? The bathroom was clean but toilet very low to the floor. Are there handicap rooms?

Area centrally located. Beautiful pool. Lots of places to eat.

Beach has uphill access which is difficult for 67 and 72 years old. We stayed at pool with easy access.

I ask to placed Close to things but instead I was put in the room furthest away from everything. I have had 2 back surgeries and both knees replaced and walking long distance takes a lot out of me and I need more pain medication. The resort was no way full. Not enough shelves and hooks. Ants in the room. Access from pool to the beach could be better for handicapped people.

Felt very taken advantage of for what we paid for from both booking.com and the hospitality to try and fix our room situation with White sands was very poir

The front desk upon arrival was not accommodating. We arrived at 11:10 am. while we knew the room would not be ready we asked if we could at least use the pool and was told that we could not until 12pm. we were talking about 45 minutes. our stay was paid in full. we were told we could eat and go to bar and spend money but not use the beach or pool. this is just bad customer service.

Location is great right next to the beach. I wish I knew how you book rooms with small balcony, we stayed in motel section, room ok nothing special, they provide towels, beach chairs which when I called in advance they said they didn't have then but they do have them there for guest use. A short walk to boardwalk but not on top of it. good for families, friends.

Neighbors very close, no separation between rooms no balcony, no privacy, I would recommend booking rooms with private balcony. No ocean view. only select rooms, 200 building and hotel look much nicer, I wish we knew! Price was high for motel stay.

Room cleanliness!!

The kitchen was disgusting and very unprofessional. Staff arguing in front of clients. Dirty plates sitting on the tables for over 30 minutes and flies allover the place. Super unprofessional environment at their kitchen. The food prices are ridiculous compared to the trashy breakfast we were given.

The pools were great, the staff was wonderful and you can't beat the location!

Very bare bones rooms and not overly nice for the cost. You are paying for the location.
