The staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was a lovely and relaxing place to stay.

The hot tub was cold as was the pool. The fitness club was very small, equipment was old, water cooler and cups were empty.

The breakfast was lovely. Nice selection, scones outstanding! Our room was spacious, well lighted and full of information about one of the counties in Ireland which was fun. The bed and conforter were wonderful

The breakfast was excellent. Love this place. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Loved the tea time with scones and cucumber sandwiches. We will be back.

The weather.

It was our first stay here. Everything exceeded our expectations. Room was very big and very clean. The property is very close to downtown Galena and shuttle service is available which was very handy because parking downtown is scarce or comes at a premium. Attached restaurant was very good, a bit of a wait but was able to go back to the room and wait for a call when seating was ready. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I have no complaints, other then would have preferred the cost be a little less but I'm sure everyone would like that. LOL
