Beautiful resort. The lady who cooked our breakfast is the best part of our stay.

Staff at check in we’re checking us in to the honeymoon suite which we didn’t book. Charging us for deposit for a room we didn’t book. No hot water, ironing board and toothpaste.

It was beautiful.

Doors were hard to unlock, especially front door. No elevator and no help with bags up the stairs. Super cheap toilet paper for such a nice place.

the property was beautiful.

some of the furniture was very worn. like you would expect to find in a less expensive hotel. very worse for wear. there were even a couple drawer pills missing.

The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were fabulous. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had to leave prior to breakfast so we missed out on that experience but the stay was wonderful! The courtyard was beautiful and the staff was friendly and welcoming!

Excellent breakfast

Had to call to get hot win the room. Broken handles in the tub and also the shower to turn on and off the water.

Spa treatments were good; check in was quick and easy.; bed comfortable.

Hair on tub; touch up paint needed in spots; cobwebs on windows when I went to open them; impossible to reach any concierge, front desk or staff by phone.

There was a beeping noise in the room couldn't figure it out the bed squeak with every move the TV was to quite a sound bar would help and the shower would shoot water out of the shower stall

If the guest are 2 : 2 shampoo /bathsoap/conditioner near shower And near bath No fridge Ice service was not working Didn't approciate (for the privacy) enter in the big reception in the gym centre No speakers No flipflop No welcoming service for the occasion No private service in room(without meet the weitress) All of it, just because you consider yourself as a 5*.

I loved the privacy and great customer services.

Breakfast was amazing, I loved the chef and his food!

People don't follow mask rules (this was before CDC changes) and we've run into people without masks indoor just because they were part of a wedding or in the B&B building, they were alongside the bride. Rules should apply to everyone, I felt unsafe. Also, check out at 11am and you need to pay extra until 1pm for every hour. This way, during your stay, you can barely use the facilities (pool i.e. which closes at 7pm anyways)

the ambience was sublime...actually everything was!!! the entire staff was great but byron, the villa’s personal chef is outstanding!!!! so gracious and fun AND an incredible cook!💕 we will be back again and again and again!!! joann and merlin

We stayed in the Capri Garden Villa it was beautiful. We had a double door going outside and a nice warm fire place a huge spa bath the bed was amazing. The shower well no words just make sure you book the spa, salon and the restaurant before the day of.
