Good location, shops and restaurants close by. Nice terrace and pool. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
There were some events during our stay and staff were sometimes behind and forgetting us. Some meals are over priced compared to others.

Convenient location, great amenities, responsive staff, and cute room set up.
The walls are a little thin, conversations from next door could be heard easily and can disrupt sleep. Slamming room doors. Kids running through hallways without parental supervision. No quiet hour enforcement.

Rooms were very average. Shower water pressure was poor. No creamer or sugar provided for coffee in room.
Heater in room was very noisy and made for a rough night of sleep.

Did not include breakfast and worst of all no free coffee available outside of room. I get up around 6, can't wake up my friend so can't make coffee in the room. Cost me 6.00 for a cup of coffee, I'm on social security income, its a lot for me. I've stayed at this hotel 26 years, lots of things have changed since it changed from best western. Don't get me wrong you've done a beautiful job remodeling but really miss the free breakfast and coffee. Your staff are excellent especially Michael in housekeeping.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and nicely maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable.
They charge a $100. pet fee, which we felt was pretty steep as it used to be $50.00. The wording on their welcome email is odd "unfortunately we accept pets"?
They also charge $10. a night to park, just another way to gouge people.

Family friendly, heated pool/hot tub, grassy garden area good for kids, close to Safeway, beds were comfortable and soft towels! Nice shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc
I didn’t realize the room service wouldn’t come unless requested (they didn’t tell us that when we checked in) so we ran out of coffee/cups for our second morning.

Relatively quiet, not many people checked in
They didn’t have our confirmed reservation that was made thru Booking.com. We got a room that was a down grade. The second two nights we stayed in the same room but were not compensated or reimbursed.

Some people would drive though a little to fast. And our room did not have a microwave.

The rooms were very nice and clean
We were told breakfast was included when booking but upon arrival were only given 4 tokens for breakfast when we had 5 in our family. Breakfast was awful, as soon as the waiter saw we had the free breakfast token the customer service was nonexistent and the food came out burnt.

The breakfast was great and happy hour by the koi pond was fun with our 4 year old. We enjoyed the pool. Location was close to Safeway and other food decent food.
The balcony needed some sweeping and chairs were dusty.

The location was good, the landscape was pretty.
Your employees Sevy's look miserable. They are slow and go missing so people wait for an hour for a meal. The front desk people are not people persons. No eye contact and act like the guest is a bother. I miss the days when hotel employees enjoyed their guests, knew what was going on like a true consierge.

The restaurant was very nice food was delicious and the bad Friday night was great
The front desk was rude and did not want to help much no towels at the pool and the pool was filthy with clumps of black hair in the bottom of the pool and hot tub. Gross

The setup of the hotel is beautiful. Lovely garden and terrace. The restaurant looks modern and homely. The bed was comfy. Breakfast and coffee great, a lot of healthy options.
There is not much to do in the direct vicinity of the hotel (there is a supermarket). The room I was in was noisy. I woke up from my neighbor's music and alarm clock.

The property was beautiful and the pool area looked nice. The staff was nice
We stayed in building 3, and the walls were paper thin. We had a white noise machine but could hear people walking up and down the stairs, playing music, talking, etc starting super early in the morning. The parking spots were also very small. it was $10 extra to park on top of $300 a night

The hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly. The restaurant served good food and drinks. Weekends have bands and dancing. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
The ducks swam in the pool, and I saw them poop in it. The safe did not work. No microwave in the room.

Staff is terrific, facilities and rooms are very clean and well appointed.
The walls are paper thin. A couple of gals were partying in adjacent room. Staff couldn’t quite them down, so we got moved. Kind of annoying. We were gift tired.
After we moved, guy snoring in next room was annoying. Place is nice, but Walls are THIN.
