the location is great, staffs are really friendly and helpful

the room is quite old and both the fridge and aircon make huge noises. Shower head is very weak, some kitchen cookwares are not washed.

The moment you walk in just feels like paradise and the right hotel. Especially for your first time in Hawaii. Very beautiful lobby and plenty of stores too. There’s a lot to do here. Top Floor Highly recommend , the views are phenomenal.

We didn’t have any dislikes. I will be returning for another stay in the future w family/friends.

Great location beachside and between Ala moana Shopping mall and Waikiki. Great for families - with very safe swimming locations - beach , pool, lagoon. Most rooms have sea views.

The room we were given was extremely disappointing and bore no resemblance to the photos on booking.com. Apparently the Ilikai Lite rooms are all different -some better than others, our room was tidy but appeared to have not been updated since the 80’s and was old and musty. The room across the hall was actually quite lovely and we would have been happy with that room .Our ocean view was only visible from one corner of the room . The air conditioner was old and noisy. We were extremely disappointed as we had paid much more than I felt the room was worth. We considered leaving the hotel. Fortunately the concierge Rod arranged another room which was totally fantastic. He moved us to Ilikai Luxury Hotel which I would give a 100% rating.

The rooms for this being such a beautiful place and me being from texas just seem like we should have gotten more for the buck everything was clean but I thought from the pictures it would have been a bit more updated everything in the rooms was of old..Surprised by that? And the prices down are astounding but I understand now Beauty really cost i think you guys would love Texas Thank You.

I was very happy with the location and the room met my expectations for most of the check boxes but I found out that I paid an excessive amount because I could have gotten a better price elsewhere.

After I did more research it appears that I was paying a premium for a non-premium room.

Room was lovely, a view to ocean as requested. We enjoyed early mornings and sunsets on the balcony. The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast and dinner at Cinamons was great. Food was very good. Server's were friendly and helpful.

No bellhop when we checked in at 5pm. He was gone for the day. Huh? Buying ice in the store? No. Not sure what the $25 amenity fee was for but we didn't even have bottled water for the room.
