Location was excellent - bus direct to the Village stopped right outside the property. Apartment had everything we could need for a week's ski holiday.

Room 329 suited us perfectly,check was so easy. The room was clean and spacious,had everything we could have asked for. Position is close to the gondola. Pool and hot tub was a bonus. I plan on returning and staying longer next time.

Location and the facilities. two bathrooms, kitchenette fill with dishes , pots and pans, laundry in unit and close to stores.

Carpets had stains. It would be nice to see a fresh coat of paint on the walls. Bags for green waste in the unit but no Container to put the bag in.

Great location, exactly what my partner and I were looking for!

Booking/confirmation was a bit confusing as we did get 2 emails from different locations confirming our stay.

Good location very near the Creekside Gondola

Comfy furnishings, a little dated maybe decor wise, but clean and good value (for Whistler!)

Unit 121. Main floor. Close to creekside gondola. Comfortable bed. Nice hot tub and heated pool. Perfect for a one week stay. They even extended the check out as a courtesy for a late day shuttle back to the airport. Would stay here again

Apartment 101 had kids running around in the hallway yelling and screaming 😱 and although it said no glass container and children under 10 in the hot tub it was ignored.

The condo at Lake Placid Lodge is over priced for the condition of the condo. It was so outdated, small and nothing is provided other than 4 towels that were probably bought new in 1987. Everything inside the condo from the dishes, technology, bedding, furniture etc, came over on the Mayflower. The location is perfect. We would never books in the lodge again though.

Space is well maintained and was clean upon arrival. We were left with more than enough towels, toiletries, and kitchen supplies to see us through our week long stay. Wifi was super easy to connect to and fast, nice little patio area and the location is a 2 min walk to groceries, BC Liqour, and other amenities.

The bed was loud and not the greatest to sleep in. The paperwork to access the parking also wasn't intuitively located with the welcoming packet and required a phone call to locate. Other than that everything was fine and dandy.
