It was so clean and the staff was so nice and very knowledgeable

The location is amazing, right next to the center. The room was very nice, very comfortable. The food is good and a good value.

We were asked prior to our arrival what we needed. I asked for fresh towels in the am cleaning. We came back in the afternoon… nothing. Stopped at the desk and were assured. Evening came, nothing. We stopped at the desk… we were assured. Nothing. Around 8:30, we got towels and the were folded but were wet! The restaurant is not open for lunch on the weekends! Makes you have to eat the NASTY food at the Center or leave property and spend your money elsewhere. Guess Hilton is okay with that. Breakfast doesn’t open until 7am. If your event starts like ours does, at 7:15…. you are out of luck. It’s Microwave breakfast sandwich city at the Center.

the location was excellent, the hotel was beautiful, the front desk staff was very friendly and I really appreciated that they had extra items on hand. I forgot my toothpaste and the front desk had some at no extra charge. The very large beautiful christmas tree in the lobby was my favorite part!

The only thing that could make this hotel experience better was for breakfast to be included in the price. The hotel has a restaurant but the breakfast was expensive. For the price of the room, breakfast should be included.

staff was really friendly and accommodating. The property was right beside IUP campus minutes away from my daughters apartment which was so convenient.
