Everything. Homemade cookies at checkin was an added surprise. Staff were awesome, shuttle to airport was great, breakfast was really good...

Nothing to dislike.

We had a bit of a problem with the hot water in the bathroom....especially in the sink. The shower was fine but the one handle sink faucet was not labeled as to which direction was for cold or hot so it took a bit to figure it out.

It's very close to the airport and there is a shuttle service. We were able to drop off the rental car the day before our flight and get a ride back to the hotel. It was is within walking distance to 2 restaurants.

The breakfast was really good and the 24/7 coffee station was amazing!! Check in was easy and the room was huge and clean. The parking was easy too and the location is perfect for the airport. Would surely stay there again if flying into Tampa.

They charged my credit card twice

Dirty carpet. Staff difficult to communicate with. Waited 1 hour for shuttle from airport when 15 minutes was promised.

The staff was great. Room had an oder, and the staff attempted to mitigate it. We were able to open the window, which helped eliminate the mildew oder.

Breakfast was a typical quick hotel breakfast. The pool needs upkeep and a cleaning. Could not use.

Location to the airport

I thought the beds were rock hard, and very uncomfortable. Took forever for the water to get hot in the shower, and sink. Ice machines were not available, had frozen ice in sealed bags that had melted and refrozen so made It hard to put in cups.

A bit pricey,

My family and I did a red eye flight into Tampa we were traveling with my youngest niece who is eight. We were all exhausted from the red eye flight. We knew check-in time wasn't until later in the afternoon at the Hampton Inn but we decided to get an uber to see if we could by chance check-in early or at the very least drop off our bags. To our surprise we were able to check-in early and we were even offered the morning breakfast that was almost going to close at ten that morning. We were so grateful for their kindness and compassion. We highly recommend this hotel. It was our first time in Tampa Florida, we came a day early for preparation for the cruise we all decided to take as a family. We purchased two rooms.

Air conditioner noisy

Parking was not easy to find until the check in staff told us about the parking garage. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Very clean hotel and in a safe area.

the room was nice and clean. We had to leave early on 02/04/2023 to be at the airport by 6:00 am, so we missed breakfast. the young man at the desk was so nice and we talked for a while while we waited for the shuttle bus to take us to the airport. All the staff were so kind Elaine Bourgoin
