La cercanía al aeropuerto

El ruido que traspasa paredes y techos. Nos hospedamos en escala de vuelo para dormir y descansar. Pero imposible con el ruido de los cuartos vecinos y de arriba. Se escuchan pisadas y televisiónes, maletas, etc. y que no tengan opción de shuttle

It was clean and the staff was friendly, there was a restaurant, close to the airport, beds were comfortable, shower was awesome with plenty of pressure.

Internet was really slow

Clean, modern and spacious.

The food options were basic. Staff were hot and cold. Some were excellent and others were just plain rude. It was a shame because the rudeness of the poor staff just steals away from the other staff and ruins the experience of the stay!

- hotel staff are overall friendly except for the one incident I had - free breakfast with a good selection of meal - rooms are spacious and clean, beds are pretty comfy

- no airport shuttle, uber/lyft ride costs ~ $20 for a short 5 min one-way trip if you don't have a car - check-in staff Richard signed me up for Hilton Honors membership that I never asked for. When I mentioned that I did not have membership, they asked me to provide my contact info, which I thought was ONLY for check-in purpose, however, I then received an email the next day regarding my membership. This came as a surprise to me since I never gave any forms of consent for they to do that. I think what they did was very unprofessional for such a big hotel brand like Hilton. I don't feel safe about my personal information staying with them.

Location, amenities and friendly staff

Parking was a little difficult

We booked two nights. When we found ants in one of the rooms. When we changed rooms. They charged me an extra night. This is simple extortion for a rubbish property. Will never stay here again.

Ants in the room. Overcharged for one night.
