The sofa bed needs to be updated very uncomfortable you can feel like metal

No tweezers! Basic grooming supplies would be considerate. Brush, comb, tweezer, nail file, deodorant, mouthwash...all would be great in the hotel shop.

There is coffee into available in breakfast hours. There are hotels for the same price they offer hot beverage all day. it was very disappointing not to have coffee at 10 or 11am.

when my fiancé went to check in they said my booking was canceled. We were in town for a wedding. When he asked if there are open rooms , they told him only two, and he would have to book online. he went to the truck, to get his phone to book , and when he went back in, they said there are no more rooms. needless to say, booking canceled my entire stay and we have to drive over night after a wedding all the way home.

Very clean, state of the art accommodations. Floorplan makes good use of space. Large where it counts while not giving up on quality furnishings and décor. EXCELLENT location. Very safe as well. In fact such a nice feel trumped the lackluster "Breakfast Buffet" we experienced. So much so, we still give this hotel high ratings!

1. Hotel has NO entrance awning. At check in, our umbrella's provided little cover from a very typical Florida afternoon downpour, while navigating from the car to the lobby of the building. 2. "Hot buffet" offered 4 covered heated options: A plastic wrapped waffle, A plastic wrapped egg soufflé, An English muffin with egg/cheese with the bottom bun so hard it could not be eaten and a final tray of sausage patty's with no single egg option available. Nothing fresh in baked goods either. All in all, poor product choice and poor product presentation.

Great location right of the highway and only 25 minute to St. Augustine. Good amenities and friendly staff.

Housekeeping was our main issue. We never got the right number of towels despite asking 3 times and they always forgot to empty all the trash cans. Fridge also required new bulb of first day.

I prefer suites that have more separation between living & sleeping area. Breakfast selection was very good although oatmeal was runny.

Tori at the front desk was so pleasant and professional! She greeted us with a smile and helped us find a restaurant for dinner. The person who checked us out the next morning was equally as nice, but I didn’t get her name.
