Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cartersville is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. By far a favorite between the staff, the pool, the patio, and the rooms. Thank you for providing such a great place to stay!

hair all over the room! changed us to a second room and black hair all over! in the bed on the floor, under the fridge and even in the window sill! and no offer of basically anything but I’m sorry!

AM Coffee urn ran out of coffee 2 x during stay. Waited 15 minutes first time. Left with no coffee 2nd time after 10 min wait. Ran late to wotk due to stop needed for coffee

The bar soap for the sink & the bottles of soap & cream rinse in the shower. Pillows were great. Quiet rooms!

Ice machine? Where was it? No dirty clothes bag. & MOST importantly, no TV guide that tells what the stations are

Was good location. Facility was very clean and inviting. Rooms were spacious, clean, modern decor, comfy bed, beautiful shower, nice coffee, food service area, and unbelievably quiet. Will definitely check on Holiday Inn Express and Suites first for future trips. Exceded our expectations. Breakfast was good and had many different offerings. Only thing missing was the waffles.

Softer bed And better staff.

Nice sized room, comfortable bed and bedding, very clean. Ample parking, room fridge and microwave are handy.

Pool closed (due to Covid? Other properties in the area had pools open). Request for late check out the night before, was told to call back in the morning. Next morning, denied. Because of no daily room served, had to track down cleaning cart to swap towels and trash out. Not that big of a deal since they were around.
