Location was right where we needed to be for the following day. Great options around and close to the interstate.

Everything. We were kept waiting in the lobby one and half hours. Desk agent Nigeria tried everything she could to help . The manager was worthless. Was told the same situation happened day before with reservations thru Booking.com. We were offered a room at a much higher rate. We refused. We are seniors 75 + and been driving for seven hours. We were tired and hungry and it was now dark outside. After one a half hours of waiting we left. Hampton Inn should have honored our reservation but they didn’t. If there is a problem with Booking.com fix it.

Very comfortable and clean.

I thought we were the price we paid the place would’ve looked a little more fancier.

Walking distance to Lakepoint Sports Complex. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot.

Room floor was not clean. Dirt looked like it was swept in the cracks. After my room was taken by someone else after mobile check in, I was instructed to contact the front desk about my room. Lady on the phone was rude and couldn’t guarantee I would even get a room.
