Washer and dryer was appreciated. Felt roomy and good storage and clean.

Sleeper sofa not comfortable for TV watching

Convenient location. Cottage was cute and clean. If there had been reliable wi-fi it would have rated 9/10

Although they advertised wi-fi, it was a very weak signal. My husband and son had work/school obligations that they were unable to honor because the signal kept dropping. We knew our phone carrier was going to be spotty so we had planned on utilizing wi-fi This created problems that were rather significant and negatively impacted our stay.

Great location! Pool was not crowded and clean.

The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable. You do have to bring your own linens which does create extra stuff to pack. Also didn't realize when they said bring your own. Towels they wouldn't have hand towels. .Also wished I packed a sponge to clean dishes.

If you drive an RV the location is very nice.

We rented a cabin for 4 adults - our parents being seniors at 70 years. It was labor day weekend and the price of more than 200 USD per night seemed high but for a whole cabin for 4 adults we figured it to be o.k. The shock came after arrival. We came in 9 p.m. and had to use night check in Box (which by the way is very convenient) When we came inside the cabin there was no bedding like pillows and blakents, no linen, no towels . We were never informed about that and it should have been clearly be stated in the describtion at booking.com. The pull out couch was in a condition not even suited for Children. The matress on the pull out was so thin it hurt because you could feel all metal strings and bars. We used it on the floor instead but it was a mess nevertheless. The service team after telling us they had nothing at the end did find something and provided us with some bedding, linen and towles. The linen for pillows was so smelly which we couldn't use and used the provided fresh towles instead. They let us check out the next day but since this whole cabin condition wasn't communicated before hand this wasn't our mistake and we did expect a little more than that typical superficial "we appologize" BS, no way we were staying there 3 nights. Furthermore it was only after our hunt for available rooms that day I came to realize what a rip off that was. After 1.5 h at last we found a beautiful cottage with 2 huge full beds, linen and towles and daily cleaning for 180USD on the Island closer to the acadia national park. So this was the worst experience on our roadtrip through New England.
