Great selection for breakfast no microwave to heat something up.

Good breakfast and location, friendly staff. Price is much lower than other hotels in Saratoga Springs.
When we checked in, we were given a room directly below another room on the 4th floor that had a problem with leaking water. We would hear all kinds of noises above us early in the morning as crews were working to fix the problem. We had to move to another room. It is disappointing that they put us there in the first place. Could hear a lot of noise while in the other room as well. Seems like walls were paper thin.

Parking was ok. Staff was fine.
Breakfast was subpar. Nothing very fresh or healthy. Fitness center was lacking as well.

Spacious room, well-kept hotel.
TV did not work - even after asking front desk to address the issue, they did not do so. Linens were also stained.

The bath tub very slippery when entering to take a shower. Something should be put on shower floor so someone Does not slip and fall and hurt themselves!! I mentioned this last year and no change to floor.

The breakfast buffet was not refilled often, but ultimately, it was free, so it's not really a complaint.
The rooms had a few things that wouldn't be hard to wipe down, which would then make the cleanliness a 10/10 -- dust near the back of the counter, the dresser & desk, smudges near door handle & a couple other very miniscule things.

The staff were very pleasant...the bed was comfy...the breakfast was very good .lots of variety..even dark roast coffee
The room was noisy..sounded like a fan..reported to Jordan at reception who said she would get maitenance to check it...

nice and clean
breakfast on Sunday morning was fair. No small containers of milk for children. Some wet ones to wash hands. All the plastic cups could not be separated forcing people to take more than one.

bathroom door Handel fell off lol cling my friend in the bathroom. lady at the desk was only concerned, about where the Handel was.

location was convenient and near restaurants and sores
The pool wasn’t heated, the hot tub bubbled over in suds when it was on. The property was understaffed, couldn’t contact them by phone, phone just kept ringing and eventually hung up. Couldn’t find anyone staffing front desk had to go and look for someone and later in the evening front desk was empty again. The room appeared clean but no one checked under the beds.
