It’s a nice building. The location was perfect for me since I had to go to Brooklyn and Manhattan

The room was small. My pillows and sheets had very noticeable stains which was pretty bad. I can understand missing one. But 3 pillows and sheets with huge black spots on it was super annoying. I ended up taking off the sheets and pillows and putting them on the floor.

Bistro Mitarbeiter war absolut negativ. Hat keine Bestellung angenommen weil er zu beschäftigt sei. Habe mich trotzdem hingesetzt, hat aber auch als er die Bestellungen abgearbeitet hatte kein Interesse, mich zu bedienenden. Bin dann ohne bedient zu werden gegangen.

Nadie habla español, la limpieza no la hacen por voluntad propia, me indicaron al retirarme que tuve que haberla solicitado, no cambian las toallas , ni papel higiénico, ni shampoo a menos que lo pidas.

What can be said about a hotel that does not support disabled people or people with injuries. You guys are just as bad as the hospitals in New York I will never recommend you to anybody

What didn't I like I think the question would be what did I like absolutely nothing I've never seen ruder staff than them

Location is at the freeway, very noisy

My family was very happy with the room and how accommodating the staff was when she asked for additional towels.

Clean

Charger plugs didn’t work. We asked several times front desk to check, they never came. Cheap quality breakfast for $18.

They charge me almost $100 more but no explanation about extra charge, stuff is so much rude and unwilling to help clients.

Stay was excellent and staff very accommodating. Room was clean and workout facilities was great. Valet parking was a benefit, less worry about parking.

Breakfast wasn't the best. Received vouchers (sandwich or oatmeal) otherwise $$$. Little noisy due to expressway, but not impactful.

The location is not near a subway and commuting is difficult.This hotel charges for everything and a major rip off.They don't provide overnight parking so having a car is impossible.There is no room service unless you request a day before the actual service.

I don’t think much about the breakfast, one muffin cup of coffee, that’s what you get for breakfast

Excellent service from the staff, and a very clean location. Also surprisingly quiet, given that our hotel looked out over the highway! Convenient to Flushings and Queens, and the UBS Arena.

Slightly more inconvenient to access the subway than other hotels, but not impossible if Ubering or if you are bringing your own vehicle.

Great choice for an overnight stay. Was in town with a friend for a show at Citi Field so it was about a 20 minute Uber ride back and forth with traffic. The staff was friendly at check-in but the real bonus was Annie- she served us in the Bistro the morning we checked out. Her personality was so lovely and she accommodated my food allergies with a smile. Having the bistro on-site was definitely what made this hotel an excellent choice. Beds were okay- a bit soft for my liking. Bathroom products were good. And we had 12:00 check out, which was nice to not have to rush.

Around 2am, someone was trying to get into our room so it scared the hell out of us. We yelled to him and then called down to the front desk. A few minutes later, we were contacted and told that the man had the same room number at the hotel right next door. Would be a good idea to have a system where you need a key card to access floors from the elevator.

easy access, the bistro was nice. staff was attentive.

i like everything about the property as long as they keep it clean and updated i will be back. i am however not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms. the place was good though
