我的行李突然消失不見，飯店人員沒有積極處理，互相推卸責任，並且每位人員講的話都不一樣，需要我一直到前台要求處理，他們才會處理我的案件 客房的走廊上沒有監視器，如果有人進入房間，幾乎是查不到的，飯店人員甚至覺得我把行李丟在房間，行李因此不見是我自己的問題，不是他們的責任要幫我尋找 房務人員只整理一張床，另外一張床沒有更新床單

Very clean and amazing staff! I book 2 rooms they managed to keep them both on the same floor level plus both room had great views of the city and ocean view! Definitely will be coming here again!

The location is absolutely amazing with fanatstic views across the river and the the Lower Manhattan skyline. Perfectly located to do your exploration either by foot (Financial District and The World Trade Centre Memorial, boat (Governors Island, take the free STATEN ISLAND FERRY to see Statue of Liberty from the boat) or subway (all the usual tourist attractions Grand Central, Empire State Bld, Central Park etc).

The pictures of rooms are misleading. The room is much smaller and so are the beds. We booked the second room to fit 3 people but it was suitable for 2. The hotel must not employ enough cleaning staff who despite their great effort to keep it clean (it was clean!), kept forgetting to leave fresh towels, replace coffee, etc. This was on daily bases and meant we had to ask every day for these items to be delivered. Despite, making numerous promises to upgrade and then extend the late check out nothing came out of it. There is also a lot of building work around the hotel with poor soundproofing might not be suitable for those who want a bit of a respite afater a busy and hectic day of sightseeing. It is ok to stay for a night or 2 but we were there 6 and I think it really wasn't suitable. It is a real shame as I associated the brand with much higher quality and standard than I found on this occassion.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The staff made our stay remarkable, our entire family enjoyed our stay at AC Hotel by Marriott New York Downtown. We are planning our next New York trip, we will stay here.

Most of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room had a beautiful river view.

Our rain shower head did not work at all. Unable to turn it on. Two little shower gel containers provided, were not sufficient for two adults. Also, ran out of tissues rather quickly.

Gute Lage in der Nähe von U-Bahn, Fähre nach Brooklyn und Staten Island Ferry. Fußläufig zum World-Trade-Center und direkt am Pier 17 mit schönem Blick aufs Wasser (wenn man Flussblick gebucht hat). Frühstück im Hotel hatten wir nicht gebucht, da vorm Hotel gute Delis sind, in welchem man super Sandwiches etc bekommt, für weniger als 23 Dollar (Frühstückspreis im Hotel). Empfehlen können wir absolut "The Best of New York Food", fast neben dem Hotel in der Water Street, die haben sogar 24 h geöffnet, super Futter!!! Die Betten im Hotel sind super bequem. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Eventuell fehlen im Badezimmer ein paar Möglichkeiten, Handtücher aufzuhängen und eine Lüftung, um die Feuchtigkeit abzutransportieren.

Views, the comfy bed and nice building

This hotel offers breathtaking views on the Hudson River and financial district. Our flight got cancelled so we had a chance to spend two nights in different rooms. Both (two queen-sized beds and one king-sized bed) were clean and aesthetic. Beds are PHENOMENAL!!! I had the best sleep in my life!:) the two-bed-room was more spacious (especially the bathroom) but both rooms are very very beautiful! Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, we were able to leave our luggage in the luggage room, which is always nice! Thanks for a great stay!

Bathroom sinks need a bit more attention from the staff, ours were stained a bit.

I love how close we were to the water and Dumbo park to see a view of the statue of liberty.

The AC did not work, we woke up in thr middle of the night and call down stairs and the front rep told us "to turn the heater on and then turn on the AC and wait 40 to 50 mins to kick in". For the hotel called AC Hotel, the AC suck. It was bad that we did not get enough sleep due to it being hot in the room.

The location was ideal.

Wish they’d had a restaurant on site but the did allow you to order delivery. I didn’t like that I couldn’t earn my Marriott points because I booked through booking.com and not directly with the hotel.

€25 for breakfast seems a bit excessive

A big thank you for the amazing staff at AC Hotel. We asked if possible for a room at a higher level, because it was our son's dream to have an amazing view on his birthday. We received one at the top floor, with breathtaking view over the Hudson River and city.

Für Manhattan Downtown Top Lage , zur Brooklyn Bridge 15min , 9/11 Denkmal 5 min , Fähre zur Freiheitsstatue 5min ., Metro 5min. Frühstück für Amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut . Für 2-3 Tage Aufenthalt sehr gut. Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis

Good location. Nice facilities when you need to wait for checkin or afte check out - on the second floor library and restroom and leasure place and computer. Helpful and nice stuff in the reception. Storage of the luggages available for free. Small shop with drinks and snacks near the receptiondesk. Internet available in the whole object even after checkout. Every day fresh towels and bottle of water and coffee.

No microwave in the room

The location was very convenient for both my obligations in lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. The room was comfortable and very well served with USB ports. The gym was also nice. I liked the lounge where one could bring in a nice take out lunch and sit and talk. Later in the evening it was a nice place for a drink. Staff were extremely helpful. I did not have breakfast at the hotel so I can’t report on it

La comodidad de las camas que es lo más importante tras patear la ciudad durante todo el día. El personal atento y amable. Buena limpieza.

Las habitaciones para 4 personas se quedan algo justas.

Booking stated there was valet parking. That is why I picked this property. Absolutely no parking at this hotel!
