We loved the location. The room was clean except for the strong odor of dog urine. I do appreciate the unit we chose was animal friendly, but the smell was a bit overwhelming.

Amazing proximity to both the beach and town center. Lovely spaces inside and out. Easy, accessible parking.

Would be nice if wifi info were posted in either emailed information or inside the unit; had to message for it.

Rooms were a little small

It was a perfect location for my family. Secluded from others and close to the beach! The weather could have been nicer, however, but I know you have no control over that. A very nice getaway!

On the rainy day, I worked on the puzzle for fun, however upon finishing it I found there were at least 8 pieces missing. Just a suggestion, but a newer complete puzzle might be nice for future guests. Also, even though the inside of our place was very clean, the outside of the front window above the table was badly in need of cleaning. Just a once over would surely help.

Close to the beach, spacious common space, cozy rooms. very well equipped kitchen.

This is a pet friendly unit and we expected possible dog odor, but when we opened the door and entered the unit, the smell of animal urine was overwhelming in the carpet. we brought our two dogs ( completely house trained) they didn’t even want to lay on the floor, I brought dog beds and am now home from my vacation washing them because they smell so bad from being on the carpet. The unit was not clean, bathroom floor, the door, walls and toilet were dirty (the towels were clean at least) there is obvious deferred maintenance. Vacasa (property management company)tried to relocate us to a different location a block away across the main road without ocean view and a one bedroom. Their email said don’t worry about additional cost, we will take care of it…..this property was 1/2 the cost on their website in comparison to the two bedroom we paid for. We bought a candle and a bottle fabreeze and decided to tough it out because the location and ease to get the dogs to the the beach was far more convenient, thankfully we packed slippers. Vacasa credited back one nights fee, I’m my opinion they should have compensated at least 1/2 or all of what we were charged. Such a let down for my 50th getaway vacation. it’s a great property, and I would stay there again if they replaced the flooring and did a more thorough job of cleaning.

Bathroom sinks clogged . Drain very slowly. Toilet brush needs replacing . Moldy. Overall good accommodations.

A small table in the kitchen area would be nice.
