Location was great. Did not have breakfast at the facility. In general the place was good.

Could not set the thermostat. The value for only one person staying there is not that great. You need to be 3/4 people to really use the value.

It was a nice location and had potential. We liked that you could walk out the door and find a trail to walk or run.

We expected it to look and smell clean upon arrival. We chose this place last minute to extend our Tahoe vacation. We knew by the pictures that it was outdated but it said that it had extra cleaning due to COVID-19. We were traveling with our small children and were extremely disappointed to walk into the smell of marijuana and food odor. The couch smelled so bad of pot that we didn’t even go near the furniture. My 3 year old, found a cherry pit on the floor. Luckily, they had laundry. I did not trust the cleaning and re-washed everything. Not at all relaxing since I spent most of the time wiping everything down and washing laundry. The cleaning charge was quite expensive and appeared as though maybe the bare minimum was done and possibly not even that. I used my own Clorox wipes and Lysol throughout the home. My Clorox wipes turned black when I wiped down the coffee table and dining table. Truly not the level of cleanliness that is expected especially during a pandemic.
