Great location.

The service at every restaurant in a 24 hour period was so so slow. It’s the pool bar, and rival has Horrible service. The servers worked hard but the strategy from management was not efficient. It took 50 minutes to get a bottle of wine at revival.

Cleaner rooms, better communication from staff, the room had a fowl smell, a big reddish brown stain on the floor that looked like old blood. The receptionist offered everybody a glass a wine before and after me and didn’t offer me anything. The hotels lobby is nice but other then that I would not recommend

I was happy with the size of the room, how quiet it was and how accommodating the staff was.

I am not a big fan of downtown Sacramento but the property itself was great.

Room lay out. Room service very limited for appetizers. Could have had a better view (in Room 907). Breakfast very limited. Check in took way to long. Tried to check out but also took way to long. Left before I could talk to staff.

The room was very comfortable and had power AC! The staff were all very friendly and were constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Room service was a bit pricey.

There were many dogs seen throughout the property. I am not a fan of large animals in a hotel.

Close to shopping center and Golden 1 Center

The highlight of the hotel for me was the gym and the pool. The gym has everything you need and more for a great workout. The pool was heated and the services on the pool level were great! Had great interactions with the staff who were all helpful. Complimentary coffee & tea in the morning was a plus. Valet team members were kind and helpful.

Front desk did not properly inform us when checking in that self parking ($28) does not include in-out privileges. So if you plan on leaving at all go with valet because its $40 and you can go in&out. We ended up spending $50+ on self-parking. Also, for those who like firmer beds and pillow - you won't find that here unfortunately. The bed/pillow were way too soft for me liking.

We wanted to drink wine from the mini bar, but there was some other liquid.. not the wine… obviously left by the previous guest. But housekeeper didn’t see it! They offer breakfast at the room. We had good breakfast and came back to the room in the evening, the table was dirty, glasses were left dirty there..( we wanted to dine with kids in the room, but I didn’t want to clean it all myself. I think they should find maids and a housekeeper who make their work properly.

The location is great for food and walking. The rooms were very nice. The staff was exceptional. The happy hour in the lobby was very nice. They are very accommodating regarding pets.
