Conveniently located to the heart of the Berkshires. Room in the back was very quiet but one can hear guests walking on the room above. Comfy mattress.

Poor choices Breakfast -by Starbucks- in a “cold” space. Need a couple of warm, freshly made items.

Breakfast hours0 too short, missed out on eating at hotel.

No magnifying mirror in bathroom. Lack of amenities.

Light came in from hall under door, shower head too tall- should have second hand held set, no pack and plays was a nightmare. Pricey. Breakfast was free but choices limited.

No main restaurant. A bit too far out of Lenox to visit on foot.

Horrible breakfast . Burnt toast, frozen awful home fries, no fruit. No amenities in the bathroom except a cheap piece of soap about 2 inches long. No food in the afternoon before 5 30.

Property was clean and very conveniently located.

The “bar” consisted of the coffee shop with extremely limited options and an employee who could only pour premixed drinks. She was struggling with every task and there was no help in sight for her. One of the two elevators remained inoperable the entire time we were there which caused deists at peak times.
