Juan has been a great host making our stay very comfortable. Great location by the Turia park and within walking distance to the central town area. The apartment is very clean and spacious.

The apartment was large with 4 bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and a vast lounge / dining room / kitchen with a small terrace at one end. Juan welcomed us on arrival and talked through how to get to key places in Valencia and recommended a few good restaurants. He was always available if we needed him.

Me and my friends stayed here over fallas and had an amazing time. The property is in an amazing location and is the perfect size for groups. Juan is a lovely host and would highly recommend him and his property to anyone.

This wonderful property was in a great location. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. We could not believe how spacious it was. Juan was extremely helpful with wonderful recommendations, checking us in, assistance with last minute travel advice and much more. He was great. We appreciated the special touches waiting for us at the apartment, coffee and muffins and more...extra towels and a shopping trolley/bags, annotated maps, umbrellas, there was a great supply of basic supplies like laundry, hand and dish detergent etc (which is not always present in my travels experiences). We enjoyed the small balcony as well. There were some great restaurants and grocery stores in the area. Plus taxis and bus/Metro routes are right there. Thank you Juan for all your help. We cannot wait to return again in the future!

Spent a quick two days in Valencia with friends. Juan was very helpful and the space worked perfectly.

We stayed at this spacious apartment in August and found it to have all the mod cons we needed. There was air con in all the bedrooms and the open plan living area--this was crucial given the high humid temperatures in summer. There is a lovely little balcony too. Unlike other properties we have stayed at, there were supplies of all the essentials, toilet rolls, shampoo, soap. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crokery and cutlery, a dishwasher and amundant supplies of tea, sugar, coffee pods and cupcakes. The check in process was very smooth and Juan was there to great us at the property. He very kindly annotated a map of the city for us with recommendations of some really good eateries. We didn't use the metro (Turia station was just 2 mins away) but the buses were really good, especially on days when a 30 minutes walk proved too challenging. The bus drivers take cash and the fare is just euro 1.5. The bus stop is just outside the apartment. There is @10 minute intervals between the buses. Routes 95 and 92 will take you to the beach; route 95 will also take you to the City of Arts and Sciences. You can also hail a taxi at the top of the road. The walk to the "old town" was @10-15 minutes. Juan was a super host and was just a whatsapp away, which was very reassuring. We would recommend this property to mid and large sized groups and would happily stay here again.

This was a great rental. Our family of 7 adults had plenty of space. Air conditioning worked well, bathrooms are spacious. Owner very friendly and helpful. Pictures are accurate.

This place is HUGE, and lovingly decorated. It's by far the largest rental property we've ever stayed in -- more than enough space for the 7 of us. And our group (average age 50) truly appreciated the decor. The location is a bit of a way outside of the old/city center, but it's more than a fair tradeoff if you're comfy walking and/or navigating public transit. Our only regret is that we couln't stay longer. Would DEFINITELY consider staying again.

Juan is zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. Mochten op dag van vertrek hele dag in appartement blijven Super! Airco was fijn, alles aanwezig wat je maar kon wensen. Kleine tip: Viltjes onder houten stoelen plakken want de buren kwamen klagen dat dat zoveel herrie gaf. Airco van slaapkamer links aan de straatkant gaf om de 10 sec een vreemde brom. Voor de rest prachtig locatie, dicht bij bakker etc en kwartier van centrum af. Kortom een aanrader!

Right in the middle of Valencia by the long city park, this was a great apartment. We are a large family and after a day, and with Juan’s help, we learned our way around the city, the parking, and the stores. The apartment was well sized for about family of eight with beds to spare. Two and a half bathrooms were plenty and everything was well equipped. We will miss this apartment and Valencia. It was amazing!

We enjoyed our stay and if we visit Valencia again we will definitely seek this apartment again. The apartment is better than the photos. Thank you Juan

Tolle geräumige Wohnung in der Nähe der Altstadt. U-Bahnstation Turia ist 2 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Parfaitement placé juste à coté de la "coulée verte" et à quelques centaines de mètres à pied de la vieille ville, parfaitement propre, 2 salles de bains, grande salle à manger/salon/cuisine très agréable. et en plus une location de velo juste au pied de l'immeuble pour aller se balader dans les parcs ! juste parfait!

Het appartement is zoals omschreven op de website. De ontvangst door Juan was bijzonder vriendelijk. Van het appartement loop je gemakkelijk de stad in (ca. 15 min.). Het Turia park ligt voor de deur. Fietsenverhuur direct beneden bij het appartement, bushalte voor de deur en Metrostation op de hoek. Op de dag van vertrek mochten we onze bagage bij Juan achterlaten tot het moment waarop we naar het vliegveld moesten. Dat was erg fijn.

Juan is an excellent host who communicated very well, offered restaurant tips and patiently answered our questions. His property is as clean and spacious as it looks on the listing. We highly recommend this property. If we get back to Valencia soon, this will be our first choice for a place to stay.

Really enjoyed our time here. The host was super helpful. The apartment is beautiful and in great shape, and is literally across the street from the giant city park where there are walking paths and ponds . In addition, there is a grocery store and mall just the other side of the park and an easy walk. The A/C worked really well which was a big help. And it was really nice how the apartment was so well stocked with all the necessities like tea/coffee/pantry items. The host also provided water and pastries for us so that made it feel very welcoming. It is not near the beach so if you want to go you have to drive or take the bus (but it's very close). We were offered garage parking which made it very easy to go out and come back in and was a big help. This was a great place to stay and would definitely do so again.

Jaun went out of his way to ensure our stay was wonderful, as a family of 8 we found the accommodation spacious and bright with everything we could need. The apartment is located within easy reach of everything we could need and the views from some of the bedrooms were stunning both day and night. On the last day on checking out Jaun kindly looked after all our luggage until we needed to leave for the airport and called Taxis for us, he then helped us with all our luggage and waited for the taxis to ensure we got off safely. This was so kind and thoughtful and we really appreciated his help.

We loved the place, great for big families (6 of us). Nice park across the street, We felts safe in the area. Just be aware, if driving that you got to pay $15 a day for parking. The garage is across the street and safe. Juan Ramon the host, friendly and was there to meet us right away. No complaints German Moreno

The check in and check out process was easy and the location was convenient. The showers are great. The bedding was not great. I did not get a good nights sleep. Bedding material was rough, pillows were lumpy and the master bedroom mattress has uncomfortable plastic underneath. Apartment was also a little dusty.
