We stayed here for our honeymoon with our little two year old. We chose Denia as it was near to our parents' villa. Eduardo and Juana are so helpful and friendly and we were so touched that they even sent us well wishes on our wedding day. In the end our parents weren't able to join us which meant we had no childcare. Eduardo and Juana solved our problem for us and we had the fortune of a friend of theirs to help us out so we could have a break. Olga was so helpful and even took us to the shops when we arrived as we were so late! We felt so looked after and the apartment's location is so perfect for the beach and the town. We had a fabulous holiday and we can't wait to return next year !

We stayed in the apartment from 13.09.14 - 20.09.14. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly lady called Olga who answered all our questions regarding the ins and outs of the apartment. The apartment is very clean, modern and has all the facilities what you require for a week on holiday. It is located roughly 5 mins from a nice large sandy beach. This made our life a lot easier as our 3 year old son loved the short walk with the reward of the sea and beach at the end. We ate at the harbour, which is 20 minutes walk away or there are a few restaurants within 5 minutes which are also really nice. The Indian Restaurant just around the corner is one of the best curries I have had in a long time. Eduardo and family are very helpful and will assist in anything you require. Due to their help we didn't really need to use any tourist information or local assistance. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to experience warm seas, long sandy beaches and a less busy destination in the summer. Thanks Eduardo, Juana and kids

This is a really good quality apartment with excellent service, excellent pre-arrival information being offered by the owner and exactly as it was described on the webside. We were welcomed by Olga the very nice caretaker and shown round, and found the apartment very clean and comfortable. Olga even came out on a sunday when we weren't sure how to operate one of the door locks! The apartment is quite close to the city centre, about 20 mins walking distance I would guess though we never actually walked it, with a regular bus service just up the road. A large super market is nearby within walking distance and a nice stretch of beach is also very close by. The pool was fantastic and clean. The neightbours in the surrounding aparments were all spanish and though we did not speak much spanish and therefore did not mingle, there was a friendly vibe, everyone polite and respectful. At night it was nice and quiet. Olga gave us a taxi lift back to the airport which was a nice and stressfree ending to a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended.

We have been lucky enough to travel the world and stay in a whole range of accommodation, but our holiday in Denia staying in this excellent apartment was really exceptional. It was so lovely to come across a town with plenty of attractions to keep a young family entertained and stay in first class accommodation. The apartment is excellently located. It is a short stroll to the beach and the complex it is in is immaculately maintained. The apartment itself is very well equipped. The kitchen has excellent facilities, the beds are very comfortable, there is plenty of storage space for your luggage and there is a choice of dining inside or outside on the terrace. Its corner plot lends itself to having a fantastic sized terrace which catches the sun and is a great place to unwind. It is a very clean and modern apartment that includes air con and high speed WIFI. Dealing with Olga, Eduardo and Juana was a pleasure before, during and after our visit. They are all very warm kind people. Denia itself has lots to get involved with. There are lots of places to eat and drink and take a walk. The beaches have a boardwalk if you don’t fancy getting your feet sandy and the port is huge and home to some very pretty boats. We loved the castle and cycled around the town most days, there are lots of routes to explore on bike or foot. Overall we would highly recommend this apartment and its location. To find a gem such as this apartment in a market that is full of rental properties is very special and we will definitely return.

The Tourist Office in Denia is extremely helpful whilst the Train and Bus services are efficient to explore further afield. The apartment was chosen as my husband is recovering from heart problems. The tranquillity, Spanish sunshine, food and drink proved to be a much better tonic than pills!I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Eduardo, Juana and Olga.

We (my husband and I) spent 3 wonderful weeks in Juana and Eduardo's lovely apartment. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and the description and pictures on the website are very accurate. The modern kitchen is very well equipped and has everything that we need to cook and have dinner. We have appreciated the spacious terrace in the sun or in the shade to relax, read, listen to music, have a drink or have dinner. We went to the pool a few times but for us, we were expecting water temperature warmer. Around it, there is a nice garden with beautiful trees and flowers. The location of this apartment is very walkable to the beach and to some restaurants that we were pleased for eating out. We enjoyed wandering around Denia for the shops, markets, cafes and restaurants. But from the apartment, it is a long walk to reach the old town. The onwers were a real pleasure to deal with. They responded promptly to our numerous e-mails and shared a huge amount of information in a guide of Denia on things to do or places to visit, specially wineries, beaches, restaurants and more. They did their best to make us feel like at home. They considered us like old friends or family members. We were welcomed by Olga, their representative, that is a very nice reliable lady. We had a fantastic family holiday staying at this appartment in Denia. The location is good for the beach, town and local shops. The appartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, modern and equipt with everything you could possibly need. The spacious terrace is just perfect for dinning, sunbathing or just chilling with access to the lovely pool and gardens. Eduardo the owner was a pleasure to deal with and is more like a friend!

We recently spent 2 lovely weeks in Eduardo and Juana's delightful apartment in Denia. The pictures on their web site are an accurate description of what to expect, which isn't always the case. It's compact with a spacious kitchen/dining/lounge area leading onto a large patio. The kitchen is well equipped with good appliances and the living area is tastefully and comfortably furnished. It was only my husband and I staying so I can vouch for a comfortable queen size bed in the main bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is small but adequate for 2 children. There's a good amount of cupboard space in the 2 bedrooms. The bath/shower delivers a good shower with good water pressure (very important for us). The location is ideal, away from the madding crowd, but within short walking distance of the beaches and numerous restaurants. The old town is a fair walk but Denia is a cycle friendly town with designated cycle lanes and some lovely short cycling routes through the town and along the coast. We found cycling a very easy and convenient way of getting around. There are also some wonderful cycling routes between Denia and neighboring villages. Owners, Eduardo and Juana were a delight to deal with. They responded promptly, enthusiastically and in depth to our numerous emails and requests. Eduardo has a delightful sense of humor and warmth a passion that comes through in his writing. It's obvious that they love Denia and have a huge amount of information to share. Sampling local fare is top of our agenda when traveling. The restaurant recommendations made by Eduardo did not disappoint. We ate like kings and found the variety and freshness of the seafood quite remarkable. The local people are incredibly helpful and friendly. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can recommend this apartment confidently.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung in Denia. Die Ausstattung liess keine Wünsche offen und die Lage ist perfekt, um ohne Auto einen super Aufenthalt zu geniessen. Der schöne Strand nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch das Zentrum von Denia ist zu Fuss ganz einfach zu erreichen, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Betten sind super! Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war ebenfalls einfach genial, die sympatischsten Vermieter, die wir bis jetzt kennen gelernt haben! Eduardo and Juana were very helpful and a joy to deal with. Their apartment was very clean and comfortable and as described. The things we asked for for our little one, highchair etc, were all provided. The apartment is very close to a beautiful beach. Olga, their representative was very reliable and extremely helpful. We enjoyed wandering around Denia, were we found the people to be very friendly. The market and shops were all we could want. Eating out was very pleasant and reasonably priced. We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment or Denia to anyone. Will happily go there again.

This was our first time in Denia and spent a lot of time looking for the right accomodation . With two small children it is not feasible to stay in hotels anymore , but our past experiences in sef catering accomodation was not always that good ....... There was no need to worry , the apartment was perfect , right in Las Marinas , very close to both the beach and the town centre , and the communal areas ( pool and so on ) were great . But the best thing about the apartment was without a doubt the service received by Eduardo , the owner. He tried his best to make us feel welcome and instead of paying guest he made us feel like old friends . He provided cot for the baby and arranged for us to get the keys a bit earlier than normally , so that the kids could get some sleep . He also provided us with a guide of Denia , writen by himself and his wife , which was perfect . As first time visitors it was great to know where everything was , recommendation for restaurants and things to do .. a real bonus to the stay . Denia itself is a great town , with plenty of things to do and pretty much active all year round ( it is not a beach destination only ) , so if you fancy spending some time in a proper Spanish town ( = no english breakfast or fish and chips to be seen !) this is the place to go. I highly recommend both Denia and this apartment , you will not regret it . My family and I had a great time.

Although our stay in Denia was so long time ago, it shows hou much we loved it. Denia is lovely small city with wide range of opportunities. We spend there a month but it wasnt enough to see and get everything. Specialy we liked the old town with wide range of restaurants and shops. I wondered how many restaurants are in this city. The assistance of Eduardo was 100 % helpfull and practical to take first decission on this run. The appartment and garden with pool was very lovely. This city and neighbourhood offers you everything you need for holiday, no matter how old are you. Hope to be back soon!

We had an excellent time in Denia and our stay at the apartment was lovely. The apartment was very comfortable, close to Denia town, extremely clean and had all the equipment we needed for our stay including a travel cot with an excellent mattress, a high chair and a baby bath. We cooked in the apartment on three of the evenings and we found everything we needed. Olga our host was excellent, friendly, on time and really helpful. The owners Eduardo and Juana were great and made the booking very simple. They also sent us a handy guide and we tried one of their recommendations for a restaurant which was excellent. We have stayed here from the 6th of December 2011 until the 9th of February 2012. First of all we would like to thank the owners Juana and Eduardo for all the information and support to make our stay an unforgettable one! Their apartment is very well situated near the city center, markets, shops, harbour and beaches. It is a new apartment, which is very suitable for 2 couples or a family with 2 children. The neighborhood is very safe and the secure parking is very useful. The owners (from Madrid) and their POC (point of contact) Olga in Denia are doing everything to give visitors a top holiday in Denia! We would recommend it to everybody, because visitors are dealing with very secure and trustful owners. We keep our stay in our minds as a little jewel! We have had a fantastic stay in lovely Denia. This apartment is all we could ask for. Great location, close to beach, shops and the beautiful city centre, but still in a calm street with low traffic. Interior wise, the apartment is really comfortable, well equipped and nice. We cooked alot of food during our stay and we didn´t miss any equipment at all. On the outside it´s even better, big spacious terrace facing a big lawn and a nice pool section. The hosts/owners are very nice and helpful.
