The pool & that was IT!

Upon arrival, the code to the room was not accurate. We called Vacasa multiple times whom could not locate the property manager Jaqueline. We were locked out of our room for TWO HOURS! If there is an issue like this, there should be a back up plan instead of solely relying on the property manager. What do you do in cases such as this? Seriously? I was hung up on via Vacasa and I had to call 4 times. Till finally someone called me back. THEN, I received a text from said property manager Jaqueline…..who gave me a completely different code to enter the room. Which worked. But, we had groceries that were ruined! 2 kids that were exhausted and upset, one child finally fell asleep in the hall upon waiting. Well, finally we called Jaqueline in the number she text from who was the ABSOLUTE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE person I’ve ever dealt with in regards to traveling. She literally LAUGHED AT US! Bc we were so upset and she stated she had a tooth pulled that day and apparently that is MORE IMPORTANT, than being locked out of our room for two hours with two kids, ruined groceries. I’m sorry but we drove 6hrs and had to wait in a hot hallway with children and groceries that were spoiled. I could care less about a tooth pulled. You take Motrin for that and go about your day. As someone who is in the dental field, it’s not that serious. Our vacation the first day was RUINED. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. Bc the ‘property manager’ is apparently ran by a child who laughs at your issues. Instead of making it right and did not even apologize ONCE! Not to mention the room had an odd smell when the air was cut on. NEVER AGAIN. Don’t worry Jaqueline, we have the audio recording of the call of how ugly you were and also your phone number. You have also been reported to the higher up for Vacasa. I have EVERYTHING documented. BEWARE!!! The most upright unprofessional person and facility I’ve ever met.

The view was amazing.

The website stated we would have an actual condo with living room and kitchen and when we arrive that was not the case. We purchased quite a bit of groceries because we were under the impression we had these amenities. Since there wasn’t a kitchen we had to cook outside and the pits could use an update, even guest outside were saying they were really hard to turn on because they are out of date.
