Good location and staff were friendly
sign for housekeeping was up for 2 days but no housekeeping attended

It was very clean and well kept. We would definitely stay there again if ever in the area.
The air conditioning in our room didn’t work and even turning the heat completely off didn’t help. We were uncomfortably hot all night. It could have been user error but it was a basic unit that seemed pretty straightforward.

That they were remodeling and trying to get things up to date
The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all. I didn't sleep well. The AC unit didn't do that good of job cooling off the room. Had to open window.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Larger room than expected.

The A/C leaked all over our floor so it was wet. The ceiling was flaking/ peeling badly from water damage and looked awful, the toilet ran all night long. The room was very humid and very mucty smelling

The location sucks: rundown part of Newcastle next to a freight train line.
Some other guest who parked in my lot and never asking me if it was OK.

tastefully updated old roadside motel. one of the best rooms i've stayed in in ahwile.

Very nice building layout. The whole front was layed out like a front covered porch with chairs and tables. Even had a fire place and playing table with a jumbo size Jenna game! Extremely friendly staff too. The room was clean , 2 full sized beds were very comfortable, warm and clean. Bathroom was large, and has a deep bathtub for soaking in as well. We will be definitely be use this place on our future trips. A great resting spot and the surrounding open fields had deer coming and going about.
