The master bathroom shower door gets stuck.

The beds were uncomfortable

My children and I loved the room we were in the location as well didn't have any problems with our stay. Will definitely book again

Fact pertaining to property #1 1/3 of the unit was not serviced by central HVAC and I was initially offered a fan…then they brought a window unit that attached to the patio door with cardboard boxes (see pic). The cord was too short and didn’t reach an outlet. I was told to run to the store and buy an extension cord Fact pertaining to property #2 There was hair in the bathroom drawer where I wanted to place my toiletries. Fact pertaining to property #3 I spotted a rat on the kitchen counter. Customer service rep at RealJoy said “they have never heard of a rat IN THAT UNIT” Fact pertaining to interactions with RealJoy customer service agent #1. After much frustration and lack of suitable resolve I resorted to reminding RealJoy of my right to dispute my CC because this is not what was described and delivered to me. I was told if I was even remotely considering using that right, I needed to leave immediately. Fact pertaining to Interactions with RealJoy #2 I said I would not dispute. They demanded that I email a copy of my DL containing private information. I said I would but I was late for a family snorkeling trip. They didn’t care and if I didn’t send it immediately I would need to leave immediately. (Call recorded please pull to verify)

Great location

Extremely dated decor, not as clean as expected, air conditioner vents leaked and left puddles on the tile floor....a lawsuit waiting to happen.

The location is awsome, the restaurant on site was great

We got there right at the start of the hurricane and the staff were not there. We didn't know where to park so I called RealJoy and was told to park anywhere. I ended up parking in the garage/deck. On Wednesday, hurricane/storm watch still in effect, at 6 pm...my friend and I got parking tickets for parking in the owner's area. The furniture were outdated and we were disappointed that there was not beach chairs and umbrella available like some of the other condo tenants. The AC in the smaller room did not work, but that was ok
