Location, size of unit, friendly staff. Everything needed for our stay was included.

Price is a little high compared to VRBO but the 2br units are always in good repair and very nice for 4-5 people.

Overall the place is amazing. Well located and staff very friendly and accommodating!

There was a humidity smell when we first got in and the carpet was a bit humid. The beds are a little bit too soft for our taste.

The room was clean and set up well.The staff was friendly and helpful.

The second day was a big snow storm and had nothing to do but visit the pool and hot tub.Sounds great but that is the day they changed the water in the hot tub and could not use till two and it was still not that warm till later.This is off season and they close that area at 7:45 pm.

The room and the pool and hot tub we're fantastic.

The only thing i didnt like was the fact that we were told you only get one pool towel per day, and with a pool on the property and younger children who like to swim multiple times a day, 1 towel doesnt quite cut it, BUT, with that being said i did ask at the front desk for more towels and she happened to have a couple for me, but again told me i was supposed to only get one per day. Not a huge problem maybe bring extras from home, you are going to maine where theres lots of water, DUH

exceptionally clean and well maintained. Bed way to soft and mushy for my liking.

Had some unruly guests and the staff was unresponsive if not downright dismissive of my concerns. I do recognize that bad behavior on the part of other guests is not the fault of the resort, their lack of response soured my entire stay. Had I not encountered this specific problem I no doubt would be posting a much more positive response. so, go, enjoy and hope for well mannered, respectful fellow guests, o/w you are on your own. Apparently only complaints of disruption during posted quiet hours are addressed and anything goes outside of those hours!

Great location, clean and spacious unit, kitchen had everything we could hope for, indoor pool was fun.

Everything was great. All the pans and dishes that you would need.

The bed was a bit hard as well as the pillows but tolerable. I was surprised that there was no shampoo and conditioner so thankfully I brought my own.

Resort was clean and in great condition. Enjoyed the games and puzzles and the service desk was friendly and helpful

Had to drive between restaurant customers waiting in the parking lot to get to the resort parking lot. (minor inconvenience)

The bed was not very comfortable. The chairs were not very comfortable.

I was sharing a 1 bedroom apartment with my daughter and my 7 year old grandson. I felt very safe; very comfortable. I Ioved the amenities they offered; kitchen; provided us with a decent supply of starter coffee. It was very exciting for me that Misty Harbor’s next door neighbor was a wildlife refuge. I woke early to catch the bird’s dawn chorus. They didn’t disappoint. I finally got to bed

I don’t recall any issues at all at Mistry Harbor Again. This place is one that I’ll return to within a year
