The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and nice.

A big downfall is that the hotel has no restaurant, only a grab-n-go. Also, the safe box in my room was not working.

The location was not far from downtown. The room was very spacious and pet-friendly. Parking was also available.

The check-in process was not as pleasurable. It didn’t have complimentary breakfast.

Front desk was very professional and friendly.

The bed were very uncomfortable and lumpy. Also the housekeeper never left more coffee for us to drink so we had to go downstairs and get coffee. She also did not replenish the toilet paper.

Room was well lit and clean. The parking lot was secured.

I looked everywhere in N.O for a hotel with a balcony and it was hard. The only hotel with a balcony and I couldn't smoke on the balcony! I understand not smoking in the room but not smoking on the balcony was a bit much. I hated to go downstairs in my car to smoke. I was excited to get a cup of coffee and stand on the balcony with a smoke. Very disappointed. And I didn't know I could have brought my fur baby. Didn't see a post on website.

Nice big clean room with balcony. They have a microwave and mini fridge also silverware, plate and bowels in the room. Got all day free coffee and coco in the lobby. And the staff are really nice and helpful. Good location, free parking, also feels like a safe area. Only 2 blocks away from the restaurant and market. Love the hotel, will definitely come again next time.
