Overall very pleased with our stay, loved the aesthetics.

Wish the ice machine was a little more accessible

The hotel was beautiful! The bed and the shower were incredible! There was a great deal of attention to details such as well-stocked coffee and snacks. Comfortable seating, spacious and clean room with a great view.

The room service was delicious; however, a bit pricey.

The decor was amazing

We stayed in the junior suite and it was fantastic. Roomy. Comfortable. Excellent style. There was affordable wine in room. Snacks and mini fridge were perfection and well priced. Staff were amazing. Breakfast at Rize was perfection.

It was perfect. Didn't want to leave.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable

Personally, always a fan of at least one bottle of complimentary water. Didn’t enjoy the $3 charge for bottle water. But that is really all I can think of.

Loved the rooms and building

The king suite was well appointed. The shower amazing. Room service dinner was delicious. One of the best places I've ever stayed. Loved the vintage, industrial vibe.

Not in Indianapolis downtown proper, but the location was nice, in its own niche area with plenty of near by options for food & or entertainment.

Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurants were excellent.

More comfortable pillows- too poofy for me.
