It was adequate. The bananas were not very fresh at all. The sausage and biscuits weren't bad after I heated the biscuits up. Coffee was good and waffles were good too.

ALOT! The room itself I thought was 20 years old. The main door didn't shut without being pulled shut (EVERYTIME). The door into the bathroom was not hung worth a crap. A 2 year old could do better. The shower door handle was about to fall completely off. The remote control didn't work. The TV was unplugged from the wall. The TV itself is REALLY REALLY SMALL. The water to the shower takes 5 minutes to warm up. Come on people. I've been in a dump that things worked better. If I had been paying for this place I would've left. I think you should reimburse me for at least one night.

Beautiful clean rooms with a nice breakfast as well. Loved our stay and only a short drive to the Riverwslk.

The location was good. Rooms were nice and clean and overall look of the hotel was nice. Although they didn't have my reservation I made 4 months ahead of time I believe that was booking.com fault. They still gave me a room at a very good rate.

Staff wasn't very friendly. They closed the breakfast area 30 min before the posted time.

when we arrived they couldn’t pull up our booking reservation and then proceeded to charge us extra fees. also the first night there we didn’t get to sleep until 1 am because people on the floor above us were being loud and throwing a party on the entire floor. they were running up and down the halls. cops finally came and removed them.

Enjoyed being on the third floor with the view. We stayed in for the New Year's and celebrated in our room. At midnight looking out our window, enjoyed the fireworks surrounding the hotel from all angles and in the distance. Beautiful site to bring in the New Year!!

Breakfast area was in complete disarray the following morning after New Year's Eve. Tables not cleaned, floors not swept/mopped and coffee area was not stocked. Note this was after breakfast was served but for guests checking out to get a cup of coffee to go, wasn't very pleasant or appealing to see no one took the time to keep area cleaned up.

The front desk personal. There were 4 families in front of us and maybe 2 behind us . Two people at the front desk, but only one person was checking people in. The other person should have not been there, mind you, just sitting there doing nothing. Then we called the front desk from our room because we could not get it to work. After calling the lobby twice they told to come down and get new batteries. I had to again get in line behind three families to get batteries. Then when it was my turn she says “you don’t need batteries, you just need to reset the tv with remote”. Never offered to send anyone to help. I went back upstairs and resetting didn’t work. I went back downstairs to ask if there was anything they could do! Two people there again , they said, “you can go to another hotel” we’ll give you your money back. We were two hours away from our concert was going to begin, that was not an option. Very rude people working that night. We will never go there again. We told them that it seemed as though the sensor on the tv was not workin. We were also thereto relax and it was by far not a relax-full weekend. Asked them if they could get us another tv and they refused. “But mostly I was amazed that they never offered to help and check it out for the pms elves. I believe the the one lady that was in charge just shrugged her shoulders, “like too bad”
