The place was great. Everything was organized and clean

I requested to have two rooms next to each other and at the arrival of the day for me to stay they did not give me the two rooms next to each other, Besides that, everything else was good

Love the floors and beds are very comfortable

The Pets were loud

The room was not the clean and there was a hole in the wall . And the mattress had stains on them . It was very dirty and was giving me bed bug vibes .

Pleasantly surprised! Seems to be a new hotel, or at least newly renovated - everything was very clean, very nice looking. There was a full kitchen in my room: big fridge, stovetop, even a dishwasher. I only stayed for one night after working late in Philly so had no need for the kitchen, but if that’s something that would help you in your travels, this is the place. Unfortunately there is no coffee maker, that’s something I would think they’d include. Instead of the dishwasher maybe…. But there are lots of other positives: The desk staff were very friendly, helpful, accommodating, efficient. No carpeting - just clean floors, so you feel safe walking barefoot (carpets in hotel rooms are never clean). You can open the window a little to get fresh air, not just recirculated air conditioning. And a good price, when I booked.

As mentioned: no coffee maker (tho a Starbux less than half a mile away); mattress a little too firm for me, but I’m old.

Clean for the most part

Front desk was disorganized and took forever to check us in. Pet friendly is one thing but I was up three different times due to a dog barking for up to 20 mins straight. Called the front office and was told multiple complaints but nothing could be done. So I spent $170 to sleep maybe 4 hours throughout the night. slightly annoying. Bed was also hard as a rock.

The room was clean and accomodate

The door in the bathroom was broken. It was going to fell. We have to wait for our room to be ready.

Location was perfect.

I booked a handicapped room as I was planning to stay with 90 year ols wheelchair bound mother. When we arrived at the property the clerck announced that they have only regular rooms with a bathtub. and no holders and handles. The clerk and manager on duty where rude, unhelpful and simply told me "just to go to another hotel". We did that (the other hotel cost us 600 dollars more). My advice if you are looking to book this hotel: just listen to the hotel's own staff and go to another hotel

Bed not standard Queen, was much smaller. Also very loud could hear other visitors when they spoke. Bare minimum towels.

No complimentary things like your notebook at the side of the end table pin different body soaps or shampoo they didn't have that on the counter like you surprise but other than that I had a wonderful stay

My card was fraudulently charged for a room i never booked. They are not willing to do anything to to resolve it.

Loved our room 410 . It was clean ,bed slept well and low noise .😊
