Great location, nice staff

Fragrance dispensers all over the property. In the halls, in the elevators. Fortunately not in the rooms. So sad. A really nice hotel totally ruined because of dispensers placed all over spewing cheap fragrance. My wife needed her asthma spray. If you need chem free, stay away from this hotel. They even have a fragrance dispenser in the fitness room

The lobby store and free coffee were great

They need to invest in some new towels. They weren’t dirty but very thin and rough and you could just tell they were past their shelf life. Also, the windows are so dirty I couldn’t enjoy thee view from my room. They need to have a company come clean the outside of all the windows if you ask me.

Difficult to control hot water in shower, poor flushing toilet, breakfast mediocre

very convenient  location , short walk away from Miracle Mile and all the good dining restaurants in the area .Around 20 min or less away from Brickell and 10-15 min from the heart of callle 8 . Small but comfortable and clean room , comfortable bed .

breakfast could have wider options , kind of cheap .Also , it seems to be a miscommunication between the booking.com website and the front desk since I had already paid for breakfast at the time of the reservation and they were going to charge me for it at the hotel again . However, I showed them my booking details and I think they removed the charge they were going to process for the breakfast. Also ,the rooms are not well isolated and you can hear what your next door guest is saying .

This was the perfect landing place for us and our cat while we waited for our new house to come open -- safe, clean and great location (easy walk to downtown Coral Gables).

Staff was helpful & nice.

That there where not enough towels by the pool we had to go looking for towels.
