On the page they put photos with beautiful rooms but when you arrive they give you a horrible room the door is not secure the horrible bathrooms I don't know how you can recommend this type of hotel

The worst place ever. The old lady at the reception spent 20 minutes looking for my reservation, ending up giving me the key to a dirty room with someone's luggage. A few minutes after some guy showed up and tried to take my key without saying a word (nor Spanish or English), no explanation given. It turned out he was an employee, who escorted me to another room. The room is about a century old, and the heater works like a jet engine. Loud noise from the street.

Lulu is very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean.

the price…. Also it was close to downtown and a lot of nice places to eat near by

wifi was terrible. too close to bars that play loud music until 4am so the room was extremely noisy at night and could not sleep.

I've stayed there once before, the room was better/cleaner and updated than last time. I was happy that I had a fridge and a micro. Everything was decent.

The lighting could have been better but not a deal breaker. When checking in, there was a girl hanging out in the lobby, I couldn't tell if she worked there and I didn't see anyone behind the desk until I walked up. Someone was sitting at the desk, she was really nice and got me checked in. The younger girl at the lobby approached me, got in my personal space and started at me for a while while I was checking in. I didn't know what that was so when she huffed a heavy sigh and walked away, I asked the employee- what was that and who is she? Answer was vague "a guest" I felt something could have been done or at least tell her to not bother other guests. Later I assumed she probably does work there.. on her own.

I stayed for 5 nights shower did not work went to tell receptionist nothing was done didnt even change me to another room and its not worth it for the price they charge.

Price was great for thel ocation.

The location and rooms are very nice! Rooftop is very nice! When it’s quiet, it is a nice place.

Housekeepers are rude, loud and start noisily entering the room at like 8:30am, turning on very bright main overhead lights and talking on a crudely loud staticky walkie-talkie with no regard if you’re asleep or what your day will be like after the rude awakening! However, receptionists are nice.

From all thee sides of the building there are night clubs so it's very difficult to sleep. Too loud and windows doesn't help much.

No frills budget hotel, but you feel welcomed and safe

I reserved a queen bedroom and got a full. The floor was dirty not vaccum. Bad location you could hear music til 5 am. Hair dryer and microwave wave not working. I will not return to this hotel.

Hotel Paris is in downtown, close to everything, the owner is one of the best host ever! The hotel is simple, but you got everything that you need! Thanks for everything from El Salvador
