location was great, beds were soft, room was very small but clean & offered everything needed for a one night stay.

room was a bit smaller than I like. Smelled of cigarettes, needs to be aired out.

The proprietor was very friendly and helpful, and really cared about my comfort and safety. He had lots of great suggestions about local restaurants and attractions. The place has the feel of being very thoughtfully cared for - lots of attention to small details to make a guest feel at home.

The signage and initial first impressions are not good - this place is much better than it seems from the road.

I really liked this place, spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the keurig and kcups made my morning. My dog loved the spacious yard they had to run around. It felt very homey to me.

BEWARE !!! after we booked online here with our credit card information the owner insisted on writing down our credit card number, expiation date and 3 digit code on back in case the room would be missing a mattress or blow dryer which by the way were his exact words. tacky to say the least. I believe this is totally illegal in todays world of fraud !! and that this absolutely is no way to run a business as we are also professional business owners ourselves. we felt very uncomfortable with him doing this. we got in our vehicle to go for dinner turned around a few miles up the road went back and asked for the paper which he wrote all our info on and told the owner to keep the $72 booking fee but we were not staying there and went 10 miles or so down the road and stayed at a reputable hotel.

The owner was especially nice and helpful. Both rooms were very clean.

The family suite was large and had plenty of room for up to 10 people. Pool table was a nice feature, as was full sized fridge and toaster oven. Our host was friendly and a accommodating.

Furniture and bedding were old, looked to be second hand and over used. We were quoted a price on Booking.com and then were charged more per person. The unit was NOT CLEAN! Cob webs in corners, carpet stained, table tops and surfaces were dirty. There were not enough towels for our party, only one A/C window unit in one of the 3 bedrooms, other 2 bedrooms had none. Ice maker did not work. Water was metallic, maybe well water? Odor of gas in the unit.

Despite being no smoking, my room smelled really bad of cigarettes. The water was really terrible. It had a very strong odor of iron and sulfur. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

it was super cozy and it was very easy to check in and out.

Bed was a little soft and room was cramped with extra bed.

JR was an excellent host. The palce was so unique the bar/lounge was private for guests only and one of a kind
