I like the location. The lobby was cute.

The outside building was not structured like the advising photo; the light was not on. The room had little stretches and marks on the walls.

Beautiful property, very high tech and modern.

I was looking forward to seeing the beautiful lights on the building, but for whatever reasons, they weren’t on.

The property put the charges on my card 2x then numerous other charges adding up to over $1000 .then put a hold on all the money in my acct !! Which is still pending 6 days later . Throwing my acct in to over draft bouncing all my auto debts , adding up to hundreds of dollars . I’m on vacation with NO availability in my acct

Towels need to be replaced they were hard There is no ledge in the shower to shave legs The ac unit was loud, and the staff was not open-minded when I tried to provide corrective criticism when I was checking out. I was not looking for a discount just wanted to provide feedback

The overall hotel was very clean, great location great staff

Air conditioning wasn't as cold as we prefer
