We really liked this apartment. Everything had been so well thought out to ensure that we had a comfortable, relaxing stay. It was spacious, light, clean and comfortable and very well equipped with nice touches such as cakes and chocolate to welcome us and a warm blanket in the lounge for cooler evenings. Every item - door keys, TV, air conditioning, kitchen appliances, shower etc. worked perfectly and were easy to use. The lounge had the advantage of an attractive open view, whereas the bedroom gained from being quieter. Manuel was most friendly and helpful, both with the booking and check-in process.

Manuel’s place was very clean, and perfect for our stay in Valencia. Manuel was great with the check-in process, meeting us upon our arrival to let us in and show us around as well as give us great local recommendations. The place had a very comfortable bed and AC and was in an incredible location in Valencia’s Old Town, walking distance to pretty much everything! If we ever come back to Valencia, we will for sure be booking here again. Highly reccommend!

This apartment was perfect, so clean, and so well kept. Manuel was a wonderful host and so accommodating after our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until 1 AM. The location is great and I would stay here again in a heartbeat next time I am in Valencia.

I was fortunate to be able to stay for nearly 3 weeks in this great apartment, in a perfect location in the old part of the city, ....and have a host that was friendly (and generous with his time) to make me feel welcome and provide me with lots of information to insure that my first visit to his city was all that I could hope for. As many reviewers have stated: the apartment was clean, perfectly located, had a quiet bedroom (with a comfortable bed) away from the street noise, great air conditioning and hot water, a lift, reasonably priced, ....convenient to the historic buildings, central market, huge selection of restaurants/bars, parks and public squares, supermarkets/shops, entertainment, transportation to the City of Arts & Sciences, beach, etc. I had such a wonderful experience that I am returning for another stay at this great apartment later this year. With great appreciation for Manuel, the perfect host,... and his wonderful apartment.

Manuel was very flexible for checkin and gave us a great break down of the cities and recommendations while there. The location is in a great spot and very homey. Would happily stay there again.

This was our second visit to Valencia staying at this apartment. Manuel could not have been more helpful both with communication beforehand and on our arrival. The booking had to be moved twice because of Covid restrictions but Manuel kept in touch, honouring our booking each time we had to cancel. On our arrival, the rain was very heavy but Manuel was at the door of the apartment block at the moment of our agreed arrival time. Information was precise and extremely helpful. A promise to help should we have any questions or problems was much appreciated. A great holiday made better by a helpful host in a comfortable apartment in the centre of the city.

I've stayed several times and keep on returning as it suits me so well. Friendly and very helpful property owner, lovely local bar, convenient location and a comfortable apartment. Can't fault it.

I travel to Valencia frequently for work and have stayed twice in Manuel´s apartment. It's perfectly clean and has every comfort a solo traveller or even a couple could need. The location is also fantastic. I will stay here again, no doubt.

Manuel is a very gracious host and his apartment is lovely. It’s perfect for a lone traveler on business like myself but would also work for a couple. It’s right in the middle of charming El Carmen in the midst of great restaurants and fun shops by la Plaza el Tossal. The apartment is perfect, comfortable and everything works. I enjoyed staying there and will return.

A very central apartment in an area close to bars and restaurants. A short walk to all historic buildings and the city centre and the lovely park. There are also buses nearby to the beach. Manuel is a very good host and very helpful.

It has all you need for a great stay in an excellent location.

Excellent 5 day stay in Valencia. Manuel was an excellent host and extremely proficient with his recommendations. The apartment was fantastic with excellent AC and hot water. With the bedroom being at the rear of the property we heard no evening noise. Loved Valencia.

10 stars for location if you want to be in the heart of old town life and activity. And everything you need right outside the door-groceries, pharmacies, bike rentals, restaurants, a laundry, landmarks. Mercado is 5 min walk away. Lots of college age adults on the streets due to close by colleges and language schools. Apartment is small - only for two. Bedroom in the back is very quiet despite crowds outside up till 2AM and later every night. Bathroom cramped but as advertised, sitting area only a couch with coffee table but adequate, you won't be here much. Kitchen barely outfitted for the necessities, you won't do elaborate cooking here. A/C works great. Washer and clothes line too. If you're not fussy about your living spaces we highly recommend this one.

Friendly reception from Manuel who provided a lovely welcome 'Tuck box'. Apartment is lovely and ideally placed in the centre of Valencia. The only , very minor, downside was the absence of a kettle so water for tea and coffee had to boiled in a pan.

Manuel was a welcoming and informative host. The detail of the check in process was excellent with useful suggestions to set us on our way as we had not visited Valencia before. The apartment was centrally placed and in an ideal situation for visiting places of interest in and around the city. We had a most enjoyable time and hope to return at some stage in the future

My second stay here was as good as the first. I was met at the agreed time, the apartment was clean and well prepared, including some very welcome snacks, and well equipped. It's a few minutes walk from the Central Market and other key locations. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy Valencia.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. It was perfectly located in the center of the beautiful El Carme neighborhood and the apartment was the perfect size for the two of us. Manuel was also extremely helpful with recommendations around the neighborhood in terms of restaurants, public transportation and historical sites. I highly recommend staying here if you decide to visit the beautiful city of Valencia.

Stayed for 2 weeks. Found the appartment no problem. Right in the heart of the old city near the 2 remaining city gates. Access to everywhere by bus or walking. Friendly people. Great restaurants and endless shopping. Hope to visit again and stay in the same place.

Manuel greeted us upon arrival and took time to recommend local restaurants and sites. The apartment was well-equipped and clean. The bedroom was located at the back of the apartment and was very quiet. It was a short walk to the Central Market and near many great bars and restaurants. Can't say enough good things about our stay there!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Manuel's apartment. It is centrally located in the old part of Valencia within minutes of walking to with many historical sites including the Central Market of Valencia. There tons of restaurants in the area (Jamon Jamon is a must try!), in addition to several little markets for a quick soda or snack. Everything you may need is all within a short walk from the apartment. Although it's centrally located and surrounded by many sites and restaurants, the bedroom is situated in the back of the apartment away from the street and we weren't bothered by any street noise at night. We didn't cook but it appeared that the kitchen was well equipped and there is a nice little eating area. The living room area was comfortable which was very much appreciated after walking all day taking in all the sites of the beautiful city! Manuel was a very thoughtful host. He had welcome goodies of snacks and drinks when we arrived which was a very nice touch. He also took the time to show us various sites on a map including where to catch the bus (small detail but so very important!) and restaurant recommendations. Although we didn't need to call him for anything, it was good to know he was only a phone call and a short distance away. When (not if but when) we visit Valencia again, we would love to stay in Manuel's apartment again!

This is a wonderful flat in a very central location. Plus, Manuel was very helpful and ensured I was oriented to the city. There are notes for restaurants and cafes, plus public transportation pointers to a few sites as well.
