Everything! The hotel was hands down one of the best I have ever stayed at. It’s located about a 7 min walk up from Haad Rin beach, but if you don’t want to walk you can get a lift from the staff anytime you need. The views are spectacular on both sides, and I think they may just have the best view of the Haad Rin beach cove. Having your own personal pool is next level. The room is modern, big and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Book this hotel you won’t regret it. The staff were so helpful in giving us advice on how to get around to other parts on the island too. Thank you SkyMoon we couldn’t be happier

Amazing hotel!! Honestly the best we had on Thailand. Great view. Amazing breakfast. The room is magnificent. Free taxi that the hotel arranged for us. I like that talking to the reception was trough WhatsApp, as you may know Thai people are not that good in English so the WhatsApp solution is amazing. Very clean and careful. Definitely recommended 🙏
It’s up on the hills, but not that big dill because the hotel arranged taxi in day time.

Alla sera un po’ caldo e insetti ma insetticida e aria condizionata si sistema ( noi non avendo l’aria condiz condizionata a casa ci siamo trovati spiazzati )

Прекрасное расположение, вид потрясающий! Собственный бассейн с джакузи порадовал. В номере есть все необходимое. Персонал очень отзывчивый, всегда рад помочь 24/7. Спасибо за это! Территория отеля очень красивая, находится на холмистой местности, поэтому гости передвигаются в основном на гольфкаре. Хороший видовой бассейн. Есть мини спортзал с красивым видом, заниматься было приятно.
Номер немного обшарпанный, но так во всех отелях на островах, ничего не поделаешь. Завтрак в соседнем отеле (3 мин на гольфкаре), но это не минус, т.к. там же можно остаться отдохнуть на берегу моря на очень красивом частном пляже (собственник отеля один).

The hotel is perfectly located regardless of your purpose of visit, to party or to relax. The full moon party is held just down the hotel and you can watch it from your villa or hotel pool. If you choose to relax, there are several closeby beaches besides The Cabin's beach on the west side, only couple of minutes walking distance.

Brand new hotel in great shape and nice design.
The entrance to the beach is there, but not maintained. Here and there toy can see that it was semi-finished right before covid and is not fully there yet (Breakfast is at the Cabin Hotel, where you will be driven by cart).

Location was good. Near enough to the town centre but not in the thick of it.
Ridiculously overpriced for Full Moon Party week.
I hate paying a deposit on a plastic card room key. I understand that extras in the room are payable, as this acts as a service as well as a business. Charging a 500baht deposit on a room key is purely business.

-staff is made of extremely kind and helpfull people
-hotel is new. i even had a curved TV in my room
-very clean
-the pool and it’s view are breathtaking
-its on a hillside and you have the most amazing views, but it means you have to come down with either a rented scooter or the included service where they take you down with a golfcart, which the hotel and the employees are doing a magnificent job in!
we will return for sure
-i hope that by next time the room service will be until later. Now its until 19:00

Everything. Just perfect. The view from the rooms the private pool, the services the staff. Pool is amazing, the beach is quiet, clean and dreamy. 5 minutes walk from haad rin Main Street. Prices in the hotel for room service are reasonable. Thanks! We will come back for sure!

breakfast was in another hotel and it was bit annoying to go there( but coffee was good), private pool is not very private(neighbors can look how you relax there). Pool is also dirty( many birds come swim there and make it dirty)

Felt like royalty at Skymoon. Villa was very roomy and luxurious, reception helped us with transport. Shuttles were very convenient, not too long of a walk to the town centre.
Private & public pools would of been nicer if they were heated. Area is very hilly but hotel has shuttles that can come to your door to take you to the town.
Restaurant on the premises was not operational yet, staff offered shuttle to the restaurant nearby (The cabin) but would of been nice to have one close by.

also the private pool in the room is useless because the water is freezing
big disappointment is that people that are not guests in sky moon coming to the pool and make the pool crowded and noisey!
also pictures that shown in the property like the cinema area and the restaurant was closed…
