we liked the last minute availability. The location was convenient

the pool could have been a bit warmer but other than that it was all good

The front desk was very nice good was pretty good kids enjoyed the a little the night we got there

We had seven of us and was only given 2 towels no towels in the pool area. Had breakfast the next day and kids wanted to go swimming before we checked out but they closed the pool in the morning so had unhappy kids

Brittany was helpful with things I needed for the room the cook for breakfast was very helpful as well

my son got sick from the pool instead of using chlorine they used bleach instead had to take my son to the hospita hospital and he has rsv which is a virus and I told them know one helped or said nothing kept call for the manager manger which everytime I called the manger never there I very upset so I will be taken them to court

Each night there were people sitting on the ground outside the front door drinking adult beverages. It was a bad look for the hotel and we don’t know why the hotel allowed this to happen.

The room keys did not work and had not worked for 18 days so you had to get someone from the front desk to let you in your room every time. It was horrible. Then the elevator was broken.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was great.

The pool was very cold. My grandsons legs and lips were purple due to the coldness.

Feels like a newly built hotel. Rooms have a new design that is very functional. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of options and the breakfast area had great seating.

Shower supplies like soap and shampoo dispensers are not refilled between stays. Two of our containers were empty. The power strip on the nightstand was not connected properly so none of the outlets worked. There was also a kids baseball team staying there at the same time. We checked in around 10pm and the parents and kids from the team were having a loud pizza party in the main lobby. Kids were also running and screaming in the halls on all floors of the hotel all night. It would have been nice if staff enforced quiet hours.

Too many people n pool at same time …. Crowding And breakfast wasn’t many options like some holiday inns ive stayed in

I have to give a shout out to Austin on the afternoon shift. He was such a pleasant young man and so helpful!! Too bad all of the employees aren’t as nice as he was . The breakfast was awesome!!!

Some of the locks didn’t work, and twice we had to get a new room key. Also the swimming pool room was so hot!! 90 degrees! the pool water was pretty chilly.

Dirty, loud, breakfast was out of all juices and staff was not able to help because non of them actually worked at that hotel.

The location was perfect for where we needed to go.

The parking lot was a sheet of ice and very slippery, the front desk people didn't seam to communicate with each other and it caused a problem with one of my rooms checking in, the next morning front desk people were very rude and argumentative with me, the rooms I booked were 2 double queen bed rooms and a king room the king room was fine but the queen rooms only were king beds and a chase lounge my grandsons had to sleep on the floor.

when I came to check and they gave me my room when I got to my room it was still getting cleaned so it wasn’t ready for us.
